I've just assembled this myself (57 year old female) and it took around 3 hours single handedly. The video helped enormously but like others have said, pre-drilling holes helps.
Built today with my wife. We made two in around 3hrs. I am also a practical as a chocolate fireguard. Nowhere near as bad as some of the comments here. The hardest part we found was the metal rod. Power drill made it 50x easier.
This was very helpful, thank you. Pre-drilling pilot holes is a good idea. It is possible for 1 person using a manual screwdriver to assemble this (I did) but 2 people + a cordless screwdriver would certainly help. Fitting the back of the box is certainly the hardest part. I have to ask, why does one arrow on the inside of the back piece point down whilst the arrow on the outside of it point up?
I purchased a mini cordless drill from B&M which was useless so I had to resort to a manual screwdriver and have a massive blister on the palm of my hand. Some screws were very difficult to get flush, the three screws on the lower bolt on the door just would not insert fully. Took about 4hrs but that was unboxing and watching and rewatching videos on its construction at every step. Looks good now its finished and happy with the storage shed but not a task I want to try again without a proper drill.
I got as far as putting the rear panels in but it seems that without an electric drill/driver, you cannot screw up on. There seem to be holes to on the rear panel to screw the screws into.
I just put together this shed. When you’re screwing in the back the tabs aren’t long enough and the screw hits the edge. Slant the screw to the outside for a more secure attachment. The hinge base is not like in the video. The strut is in between the screw holes. The plastic is pretty brittle and thin.
Thank you so much for this video. I didn't have instructions but managed to work out everything apart from the rear, it just wouldn't go together. I didn't know the metal bit had to be removed! Only one mild criticism; You don't clearly show which way around the metal bit goes. It isn't difficult for me to work out but some people may struggle for a bit if they have it the wrong way around. I managed to bend a hinge that was lining up properly. May have weakened the metal because it doesn't close flush, so I hope spare parts are available? My eighty year old dad also bought one of these, and managed to assemble it by himself! Shows how simple it is with instructions. I do have thirteen screws left over... Can't see where they go.
My lid keeps popping off at the back on the right hand side. I continually have to put it back in place. I have loosened the metal lid supports but it still happens and is not currently fit for purpose. Any ideas on how to remedy this?
@@donkeymagick I've just tried to assemble this item and hit this problem. It would have been very helpful if Keter had predrilled these holes since doing it yourself risks out of alignment etc if you get it wrong. very disappointed in the quality of the instructions here - they could have added that step in the paper instructions or the video.
I personally found the second stage of putting together the two big black panels the hardest… and it’s not very clear and quite confusing! However love this video, very calming and great music! Not to mention the acting

Good video, the written instructions were a bit vague for joining of the rear panel and very easy to mis-assemble it, the up -down arrows on the back panel are also confusing. There should be proper pilot holes as well, as it is difficult to screw in the self tappers.... Many Thanks
Been trying to put this item together for most of the morning. Very little progress not helped by fairly unclear instructions. Big question. Is the metal bar at the top of the back panel supposed to be wider than the back panel? Some people have commented below but without any clear answer. Are you supposed to fit it even though it's wider? I rang their 'helpline' which was pretty useless TBH.

@@keteruk8879Good luck with that…my elderly dad has just done the same thing, bless him. He was trying to be helpful while I was still attaching the bolts etc to the doors.
