Anybody saying these Emoni Bates and KPJ are the same or similar are aware of who and what Bates is about. KPJ made it far only because of his talent... Bates is a well-connected guy and talk and get advice/training from Melo... now with a better group of teammates... then KPJ has ever had... like DM45 and DG10 are perfect for him, and Straus and Caris are his vets... you don't hear anything bad coming from this team... Bates knows he blessed to be on this team he not going to mess that over. Stop hating on this kid before he can get started spreading fake news
This young man is a project with a ton of upside. My hope is that the organization brings him along at the proper pace. If so the Cavs will get a great return on a late second round pick.
