  • The Conservative Party is in opposition for the first time in 14 years, and the new government comes under pressure to deliver on their manifesto promises. Harriet Harman and Kwasi Kwarteng join GMB to discuss the upcoming changes, and what this will mean for both parties.
Former Labour Minister Harriet Harman explains why she accepted an appointment to the House of Lords despite being against it, and Kwasi Kwarteng doesn't rule out a comeback from himself or Liz Truss.

Lol. You mentioned all Tory problems. Energy bills skyrocketed because unlike every other place the UK didn't cap or restrain profits of energy companies. Look at their balance sheets before and after the energy crisis. Small boats are because of no safe routes AND backlogs. If you have to wait 2+ years to get your papers processed then that's more time for free accommodation and meals compared to 6 months before getting booted from France or being put to work (aka no free food or accommodation).
Please read rather than listening to Tory or Reform stories. How the asylum process works can be found very easily. Read and reason pleaseeeee.......

@@davecross4493 i do. It's a bot or a Reform/Tory voter who (as many of us predicted) would instantly begin blaming everything they deem wrong with the country, caused by Tories, to be the fault of Labour. They're so transparent.
