The green PH probe is no where to be found online. Are you supposed to take bottom cap off to calibrate it in the ph solution? It didn't calibrate when i tried and realized i think i have to take the bottom cap off the probe.
Carlos has been such a wealth of information and is such asset to Hydros. His passion definitely shows towards this industry to help make it fluid. I’m waiting on my launch towards my collective. Thanks Blaine- Darren
That 0-10v idea is great! I’ve programmed smart outlets to make it simple for my wife or house sitters to feed but setting switches would make it much easier
This looks great and I want to support hydros as a slicker competitor to Neptune but I don’t really know how to start - even with a launch - when my cabinet is already full of stuff and connected to a power strip It seems like you need to plan ahead for one of these right?
Anyway to convert the 10v In into a 10v out, i’d like to control my reefbrites to dim? Seems like you only have 1 controller that does 10v out, I wouldn’t want to spend that much just to use one port off that controller.
The X4 and WEv2 has 0-10v outputs if the WEv2 is in a collective it can be used to control lighting if you want. The WEv2 is a wave engine version 2 and is mainly used to control pumps that can connect to the direct drive ports. If you want you can get the X4 pro pack and the only things you would loose over the Launch is 2 drive ports and the salinity port but you would gain the 0-10v outputs and 4 extra AC outlets.Hope this helps.
I think that controller comes with a pH probe and a temp sensor. The pH probe will go on the probe port and the temp sensor will go on one of the sense ports and it does not matter which one since when setup the input you tell which port it is on in the settings for the input. Most of the different input sensor will connect to a sense port like water level, flow, temp, TDS meters and leak detectors to name a few. As for the outputs you will have to get what you need such as ATO pumps, dosing pumps or solenoids to name some.
Show a video on the attachments that plug into the controller you said you want to make it simple showing what plugs into what and what’s it for us simple, in my perspective you just showed the controller on TH-cam that’s all . Show how it works and how much it costs etc you get my drift like you said listen to the costumer
Man, I have two APEX/Neptune-run systems tanks (A3 Pro and APEX EL), but I might switch one of them (APEX EL) to this, especially since Hydros has a 5-in-one testing analyzer...But I am hoping this is an easy plug-and-play and not designed for people who are programmers...because I am NOT one of them.
Has seemed to be one of their great benefits is the simple and easy set up with no coding required! Check it out some more, and grab up whatever you are looking for on our website! -Blaine
Purchased the launch and accessories from you guys today. Thanks for the professionalism and grabbing the Hydros guys to answer all my questions.

Thanks for stopping by and snagging them up! We are always happy to help and get your tank headed in the right direction!

So this video probably just pushed me over the edge for picking Hydros as my first aquarium controller to get
Love hearing that! I honestly got really excited about Hydros after having this awesome conversation with Carlos!

I thought so as well! Thanks for tuning in and leaving a comment!

Yup defiantly getting this. Hit the sweet spot with everything you need to get started at a lower cost than the X10.
Love to hear that Zachary! You will have to let me know how you like it, we have them on our website now to snag up!
-Blaine
This is helpful! You could make a video showing how to set it up with sensors and dosing pump.
Stay tuned we just did a video with Carlos at RAP about setting up a HYDROS controller!
-Blaine
Is it coming to the UK?
I need someone to come set it up.
I need a controller ❤ this!

Luckily Edward we have a video we have in the loader that is a "How to Setup a HYDROS Controller" stay tuned for that one coming soon!

Cant afford to switch from Apex but if it were to crap out, I'd move to Hydros in a heartbeat. 👏🔥💯✌️
A great option to be available on the market!
-Blaine
So which would be the one to go to for buy one and not need more?
The Launch would be a great start!

for international customer with different plug and socket is there a localization plug or we need a converter plug
What I want to know is what connects to all those ports and is it included with that controller or sold separately

Does this get hot ? How hot ?
What skimmer can i run from a drive port?
I think it is a small nano skimmer that he was talking about.
It would be one of their nano skimmers that could actually be run on the drive port!

I'd purchase, but I really want Home Assistant Support. I don't want to be tied to your software just the hardware please.
$550...?
