The worst part is some kid will see leo dancing and think, "hey that guy is doing the dance from fortnite!"
I just died inside a little with this realization.
Poor Leo
@@homehrsampsone15 Leo P(oor).
Yeah, the worst part for sure lol
Honestly dude
If only Epic had the money to compensate the creators of dances they use. Oh well, too bad they're extremely cash poor
If Epic is poor wtf am i even
It's okay, I understood your sarcasm.
That’s the craziest part, by compensating they’re acknowledging it’s their property thus acknowledging the party has the right to deny usage
@@alexanderwellner9328 It's relative. 30 million Zimbabwean Dollars are literally worthless.
If they can pay for exclusives they can pay for dances hope they get sued into bankruptcy soon so tired of Epic
Epic: "Hey, can I copy your homework?"
Leo P: "No."
Epic:
EXACTLY
Imma do it anyway
How bout I do anyway
Yes EXACTLY
Epic: *snatches* thanks
Thank u for calling them out they deserve it
Too Many Sues!!!! Fk that low frequency game sapping the kids minds. Music is power.
One leo already tried getting a law suit but didnt work but for real its a dance move and i love leo but he aint that popular so he really doesn't have a claim
@@mr.pineapple3447 He's more just expressing his distaste for the scum practices. At the end of the day it's the end of the world but it's easy to see how people can be upset over people profiting off of things they shouldn't be.
He does have a claim as far as I know all the claims so far against fortnight have been settled. And Leo p has been on television prior to this with these moves. But it’s such a process.
@Grayson Taylor What does being popular have to do with a claim?
It’s sad that fortnite can’t be original. They have to steal from great people like you.
All art is stolen.
Sevendogtags yeah! And fortnite is really good at it too!
@@Sevendogtags they could have credited him
its a dance and a EMOTE in a GAME it isnt that big a deal
Grayson Taylor true. I thought the same thing but I must say, they could’ve at least credited Leo for it.
First Jacksfilms... now this... Fortnite needs to give credit
Don't forget Backpack Kid, Turk from Scrubs and Carlton from the Fresh Prince
And Marlon webb
Never played that bullshit but I listen to Too Many Zooz on a regular basis. GANG GANG
what do you play
I don’t have much time for video games anymore but when I do play, anything by naughty dog is my go to.
@@p-mac5969 nice
this makes me
A N G E R Y
my dude i spelled it wrong on purpose
sadface loser are u also stupid on purpose?
by no means does spelling “angry” wrong as a dumb joke make me stupid. I feel you are arguing for the purpose of making yourself look smart (which is not helped by replacing “you” with “u”), therefore I will not continue this wholesome, friendly discussion any further. thank you for your life juice mortal
sadface loser its angry not angery u stupidly admitted it was on purpose and why suddenly i was the one who want to be smart?
@@NNNyancat777 It's a fairly common meme for angry to spelt like A N G E R Y, jesus it's even been in the urban dictionary since like 2005, with a common usage when proper meme culture kicked off in the 2010s, and 100% common in those stupid facebook cat/dog group pages. But sure, fail to recognise a clearly deliberate misspelling of a word as a way to make yourself feel more intelligent and superior to someone when really you've just made a dick out of yourself.
Damn. They really have no shame do they.
jews the lot
fortnite? more like fraudnite am I right
*s l o w c l a p c l a p*
Aaaaayyyyyy
Fartnife
Forklift
No
Too Many Zooz should make a fighting game that has a red bus that flies over a triangular island.
They done it again...
And also leo, if you're reading this Fortnite always stoles every dance from the internet
Unfortunately, you can't copyright dance moves. Alfonso Ribeiro tried to copyright his "Carlton" dance so he could profit from royalties off of Fortnite but the US Copyright Office wouldn't accept his application. So while this is scummy, it is legal. They should at least have the decency to cite where they got the dance from.
This issue with Alfonso was that he didn't create the dance, it had existed prior to his performance of it. Alfonso just popularized it, and he became the best known performer of it.
Yes, when your song has "similar cords" that is Copyright, but entire dance moves are not. Copyright laws are so fucked
"So while this is scummy, it is legal." And that right there is the problem with huge amounts of behaviour in this world. Legal does not equal moral. See: legal tax avoidance (NOT tax evasion)
@@HevEagle Fun fact, chords and chord pro can’t be copy written, only melodies.
The backpack kid didn't have too strong of grounds for his case against flossing. However, with this they even have him with a brass instrument. Ya'll should try and get a settlement, Epic could easily afford it ;)
Saxophone is a woodwind.
>brass instrument
You're not going to win anything with that, sax is a woodwind instrument.
Also, backpack kid has a way, way stronger case (still weak) than this lazy shuffle here. The most innovative concept is doing those moves while playing a sax, and even then someone likely has done the same thing. Trying to protect wishy-washy dance moves people were using since decades won't work, and it shouldn't. It's the dancer's equivalent of going legal on someone for using allusory musical phrases in your track.
No idea why you would get riled up over this when you inevitably get some nice publicity from it. It's not like you just click a button "turn video into dance" either, but hey, people love to shit on stuff they don't really understand (see: the entire damn debate how Epic is ruining gaming).
“If we make it an Alto sax no one will notice”
let's start a petition, shall we? For the one and only sax star, Leo P!
That compamy stole all the dance moves in that game.
oh yeah yeah
they didn't even use the right saxophone, shame
Exact reason why I stopped playing a couple years ago. The creators don't get there cut of the pie.
This is completely unacceptable. We got your back Leo, don't worry man.❤🔥🔥🔥
(They didn't even use the right sax lmfao)
They should file a copyright complaint.
They didn't even give you the right saxophone
Those scoundrels
Man thats a bummer wish you coulda gotten paid or at least have a credit point people to the band
Wow 😲 go for the jugular homie, you guys are one of a kind originals and deserve credit as such.
Looks like you'll be getting some funding for that next tour.
They say imitation is the highest form of flattery!
legit i dont think fortnite has one original thing about it. its one giant ripoff
duh
Just saw you guys live at the Big Something Festival...fan for life...you guys killed it!!!!!!!
I feel assaulted, yet i dont even play the game.
Woah this definitely isn’t the first for them. I can believe they can’t just pay a little money to everyone.
their asses did NOT want to model a bari.
"I didn't kill him, we just walked in to Epic and proceeded to play 'Warriors'"
At least they could have attributed the creator of the dance style so more people would know about Leo and his band. As for him, he deserves to be an icon like that since his style draw my and many others' attention to too many zooz :)))
You don't see these guys screaming "I'll sue". No! They just got bigger. Love Love to all.
...he did sue lol
Did he win his lawsuit? They need to pay the guy. Struggling musician. They’ve made billions off Fortnite.
Stand user: Leo P
Stand Name: Too Many Zooz
Stand hability: A humanoid fortnite-like who can explode thing when playing a saxophone.
The ability sounds so specific that it would be in the latest parts
Literally as soon as that emit came out I IMMEDIATELY said oh that’s what Leo does and put on stage 1 drift😂
Looks great
Thievery is the sincerest form of larceny.
That’s funny the second I remember seeing that saxophone emote come out I was like hey they just ripped off Leo P
Good for you for calling them out!!
I wish they used the correct saxophone -- baritone saxophone! 😅
So thats how large corporations steal your soul
Oh come on guys, those Fortnite sues introduced me to Too many zooz in the first place. From what I know, dance moves cannot be patented, so relax.
if you could claim royalties on dance moves there would be a lot more Brazilian millionaires.....
first tf2 taunts and now my favorite bari sax player
Fortnite used the wrong saxophone
*Sniff sniff* is that... *sniff* a law suit I smell?!?
Be flattered by being that awesome.
WTF they (fortnight) have
been sued and lost several times in the past for the same thing.......can they not at least ask for permission?
I sure hope some big time lawyer takes on a case like this and turns the tables for all these artists
I mean if it hadn't been for the saxophone, it'd be a pretty weak case, but yea... that could probably hold in court.
Corporate Giants do what they like as they know the small guy won't have enough money to win the legal fight.
They did it again. There's another dance with saxophone with Leo P dance moves... They should give him the credit!!
shame, leo has all the sass but epic got all the cash :/
If they're gonna steal dance moves, at the very fucking least they could credit them. Name that taunt the LeoP
Oh no.
Cant believe they thought they could hide it with an alto
Why y'all mad? This is great publicity
Ik right they get so mad over a dance
It's not exactly about publicity. The move Leo preforms are an expression of how he feels and a style that he perfected through years of playing. Most of the people playing the game have not a single idea who TMZZ are nor care. Epic Games has been doing this for awhile now and it is upsetting to see this incredibly unique style of expression stolen, packaged and sold for their benefit.
SwiftCascade well he should be happy not upset or anything cause wouldn’t u be happy that a dance that u perfected and everyone knows about it,got suddenly turned into a dance move in a game that would be awesome if u ask me
@@johnfirgust2914 yes I would agree only if credit were given where credit is due. Most people who play Fortnight think Epic Games made the dance, not Leo. Its like you made a painting and put it online for people to look at for free and get publicity for the painting and gain a following. Now imagine that someone much more influential found it and decided that it look cool and put a price tag on it to view it and was gaining revinue off of something that you put your heart and sole into without being recognized getting 0 credit and getting (possibly) accused of copying yourself.
SwiftCascade can’t argue with that
Hilarious. I can't believe Too Many Zooz is coming to Dallas and won't be making it to Austin.
They better pay Leo!! That's his dance. We have an obligation to teach our kids where that dance came from and how amazing music can be. I played the baritone in high school, it was great.
Wow that's fucking unbelievable, if they just straight-up put that in their game without contacting Leo or paying him we're getting his permission or anyting he should definitely sue them
100% your moves!
To be honest, the developers googled "dancing saxophonist" and used that for inspiration. Relax. When the Earth goes to hell the survivor bunker won't be like "Oh shit we forgot Leo P!".
Now they're just trying to piss creators off. They didn't even bother changing the saxophone.
If they gonna copy it might as well make the character use the right sax
Just another reason for me to hate Epic and Fortnite
At least you know you have big fans.
Yeah!! Leo P is the man too many Zooz!! Lucky chops!!
*the thing about this is that fortnite has done this many times over and over only to give credit to disney on one dance*
How awesome it must be to be so original that a game had to take your dance moves.
damn fortnite didnt even put the right saxophone
not even gonna give you that barry... rude
Really do be like that sometimes
They also stole a move called the “deep dab” from jacksfilms
They also took a move from RackaRacka a bit ago.
Because of course they did
Heck you fortnite, petition for Leo P to sue notsoEpic Games
Outrageous
Вот и наглядное пособие. Всегда было интересно как он двигает ногами)
I smell a lawsuit...
Look at how the massacred my boy
Just another reason why I don’t play Fortnite
i smell a lawsuit
The first time my goldfish did Molly was to this song at a festival.
Yo this is like the 5th time I’ve seen this happen, this is crazy
Crusade time?
Crusade time.
Its so shameless at this point, epic has been called out by mainstream outlets and yet they still do it
thought it was a notification from H3 podcast hightlights LOL
Yo this is awful?? We been knew that they swipe frame by frame choreography from dancers, and knowing they did it to yall too makes me so mad
That's unFort-unate. Compensate this man.
I love when Leo P dances!
Not even trying to hide it at this point
this what they do,they copy everything
from pubg to apex legends
they can't be original they only know how to cash on others creations
First the Deep dab and now this WTF!
On the bright side. It’s free publicity for Leo.
It’s a tribute. They’re not trying to pass it off as their own.
Yeah there not trying to say it there's but they need to give credit to where it's deserved
honestly that is a nod of respect. nothing else.
the hashtags are great
