How did you fix it?
It was a WhatsApp bug. It a took a few days but they eventually responded to my emails and fixed it on their end.

@@rajaelemgharri1332 I uninstalled whatsapp and downloaded again it then worked but couldn’t recover old data
We have 4 phones, 2 Iphones and 2 Samsung. All were activated at the same time but while the 2 Samsungs activated with no issue but the Iphones still give constant issues where they cannot call or sms verify code.

Hi Lan Anh, Make sure you haven't turned on silence unknown Caller and did not block any unknown numbers on iPhone. If you did it can fix the issue.

Hi Abdullah Khan, Make sure filter Unknown messages and Block Unknown Calls is turned off, if it is on, it can cause the problem. Turn them off, it can fix the issue.
