That was sick. Nice video. I want to get my putter lie changed as I have the same issues. My toe is up in the air when I use "my swing". When i make the head flat, my stroke doesn't feel as natural. So I use my stroke but it definitely causes me to either chip the ground or just not hit it square on the face. Thanks again for this.
I'm not quite sure why you're going flat on the lie angle of a putter? Golf is so confusing. I thought you were supposed to unhinge your wrist with the putter so why would you need it flatter?
What is R&A and PGA rules regard lie angle for putter. Long putter, broomstick. Is there a limit to upright angle. I prefer standing close to ball.....thus requiring a almost 90dgr angle preportional to ground level and shaft. I believe 90dg is illegal. What is limit!
80 degrees. Or 10 from vertical, whichever way you look at it. I'm thinking of getting a zero degree loft putter at 80 upright so I can stand over the ball more. The more upright the putter the more you will push it right, for a right hander. Regular loft is 3 degrees i think.
This fix is still not going to help this guy. He said he misses right because he comes across the ball. The after seeing his face angle is way off says he pushes it right. He needs to understand his stroke.
