This year I want to make more journals with beautiful spines, I came across Suzy @Shabby Soul and loved how she made this journal. So had to give it a go. I have linked her video so you can see where I got the inspiration from. Her journals are wonderful.

Oh Gi, these are absolutely adorable. You did a fabulous job with the sewing, my machines do not make nice stitches when I work on paper. I am so loving this type of book! Looking forward to seeing more of this style! I hope you have a relaxing day on Wednesday celebrating the life of your Mum. Our family did the same thing last July on the anniversary of our mothers celebration of life! We met as a family, had a potluck meal, played lawn games, and a bonfire and bbq in the evening. Something she always loved to do, with her children and grandchildren around whenever they were able! ❤❤❤

Gi I saw something in your channel, a few days ago, with a cover button and a bit of ribbon, but when I clicked on it. Nothing opened. I can't find it amongst your videos for some reason. Can you help. It looked like paper button covered with a napkin paper and gold around it. Can you help please?
