Hey Chhavi! Fasting once in a week is truly beneficial. You could start slowly like 2 meals a day for a week and then 2 meals a day & 1 meal a day the next week and move to having just 1 meal a day. By then your body would have got used to and ready for one day complete fast. Keep sipping warm water during fasting. You can take steam if you happen to get headaches. Hunger keeps coming like waves high & low. Try to distract yourself.

eating is important when you are taking medicines
god also told do fasting in the year for one month, and god gave us knowledge of how to fast and eat before sunrise and end after sunset continue doing one month all of the ammonium system will be healthy and strong

Chhavi, I think you should not keep fast as you are already in medication.

During fast u should salt ur water
Your menstrual cycle would affect it , so fast more in follicular phase , less in leuteal phase , I mean it's easier on 1-10 days of cycle

Fasting is not at all about willpower.. It's about training ur body and mind .. Once u know the benefits of fasting u would want to do it.. and during fasting muscle loss nahi hota hi.. Instead u will build muscle.. During fast ur HGH and BDNF levels are sky high.. and these are very essential when u want to build muscle.. During fast if u do weight training u tend to gain more muscles than u do when u r in a fed state.. There's lots of science behind it..
