The one with the flying blocks in the switch blocks is a classic Z depth clipping glitch, which can be observed in many games played on the Nintendo Switch in certain cases. In this case both types of block have the same Z depth, causing that weird rendering.

it's completely normal to slide on flat ground. you can do that at the end of any slope. the other mechanics are really cool though.

Hey smashy I have found something in Super Mario Maker 2. If you are in editor and you test it you can move Mario if you touch him and drag. If you drag him when he is in a twister and you let go he will go flying up.
