Whether you prefer dairy or alternative milks, the Oracle™ Jet has the setting for you. Different milks and milk alternatives need different temperatures and steam pressures for the ideal milk texturing. Auto MilQ, controls these factors for a seamless experience, just follow these steps to get started:
1. To make sure the steam wand is ready for use, purge for 5 seconds by pressing the milk icon.
2. Fill the milk jug with your chosen milk to just below the spout.
3. Lift the steam wand and set the jug in place - make sure the milk covers the tip of the wand to ensure accurate temperature readings.
4. Select the milk icon on screen and chose the type of milk to begin the milk texturing process.
5. The screen will display the milk temperature as it heats and stop automatically when complete.
6. Lift the steam wand and remove the milk jug.
7. Clean the steam wand using a damp cloth and lower it for an automatic cleaning purge.
