Do you have a walking speed mod? I recently got back into Skyrim because I’ve beaten the game multiple times but never tried the expansions. It seems that my characters walking or “jogging” speed seems to be super slow. And no I’m not over encumbered, just seems that sprinting everywhere is very wasteful with stamina but walk speed is farrrr too slow. Your walk/jog speed looks perfect.

The command player.tdetect completely stops anything from knowing you're there. It's the best command to disable AI Detection. Also, for modding there is a lot involved. If you don't know how to do it, you shouldn't unless you can learn. I've modded Skyrim for years. I have figured it all out. Once you do it, it gets easy. I love my mods. Also, load order can be a problem with modding. There is a tool called LOOT (Load Order Optimization Tool). You can look up skyrim LOOT tool to get it. It's easy to use and fixed startup crashes, in game crashes, and loading crashes.
