Fun fact: I got to work on a low budget film shot in Atlanta in the early 90s called "Midnight Edition" that starred prolific character actor Will Patton. The director of photography on that movie was Alik Sakharov. Alik Sakharov later went on to direct 4 episodes of Game of Thrones in seasons 2, 3, and 4.
In some ways, I'm a Lannister. Whenever I owe someone money or I am leaving a doctor's appointment and I am checking out, I ask if I have to pay anything yet and I always say, "A Lannister always pays his debts." If they are GOT fans, they get it but I said it a week ago and had to explain it. Funny thing though, the receptionist said that her friend had recently insisted she needs to watch GOT! Thanks for watching- it wasn't exactly like I wanted it to be but I do it for me and I giggle every time I watch it!
It is what I call my pandemic haircut. I'm used to getting it cut every 4-5 weeks and it is a long story but it has now been 51 months! It can be a real pain but I am sort of owning it now. I keep meaning to make a video of the story and progression of the growth. Now I keep saying that once I lose about 35 lbs I'll cut it back or possibly go to the other extreme and shave it completely off (donate to locks of love). My mother told me that her father (I never got to meet him) used to completely shave his head and then let it grow out for months and do that over and over and that he insisted it kept his hair from falling out!
@@marypettyfer4640 Haha! Thanks, funny thing, last year on a dive trip two of the ladies on the trip said that women pay lots of money to have highlights like my hair had. I had to laugh!
