I LOVE FUNDAY MONDAYS!!! I'm not surprised though at the power of Carriers. They are very underrated, and overshadowed by the Void Rays atm. Carriers can REALLY hold their err.. ground versus many different units. The Graviton Catapult upgrade makes them dish massive burst damage. MOAR FUNDAY MONDAYS!!!!
It gave extra starting energy. This meant that high templars could use psionic storm immediately after they were warped in. Similar to Pathogen glands upgrade for Infestors.
Read some patch note said Fixed an issue where queuing Return Cargo on a worker would cause it to ignore the built-in delay after it finished gathering.
The interceptor can not be selected. The stats for the interceptor can however be looked up in the map editor. The interceptor has 40 life 40 shield 0 armor and 0 shield armor. It is also light and mechanical.
Not impossible, just difficult. A heavy air unit that uses light air units to attack for it will inherently be difficult to balance and tweak for sure, but it is doable! They just got lazy.

I have to point this out day9, carriers while their attack upgrade does give them plus 16 damage overall (20% more damage) since its delivered over 16 separate attacks armor also decreases its damage by 16, Corrupters have 2 armor base, which reduces damage by 32! [40% from carriers(no upgrades)]. While Vikings and Void rays have no armor, each upgrades nets still nets them that 16 damage reduction, which means if your opponent does carrier rush armor upgrades will crush them.

There was no higher strategy about building behind my minerals, I really am that bad :'( Chances are if he attacked before nuking, I would have been screwed. I found his base by accident coz thats where I moved my units to when I dodged the nuke. My reaction was very similar to "oh s**t theres a base in my base" glad you enjoyed my scrubbery, I enjoyed making it =D also, yes southern drawl is the correct pronounciation.

At the end the terrran is surprised how salami got so fast carriers and asked where the hell did he hide that stargate. Oh and Day9 utterly butchering our language sounded kinda awesome(no sarcasm). These monday fundays are a ton of fun.
@graog123 Yes, but what I've found is that by getting a few reapers I can survive long enough to get later tech against either zerg or terran and then I can just cheese them until I an either mass nukes or ravens (or in zerg's case get hellion, viking, thor which is actually good) but the early stalker attack is unstoppable without those core units.
I'm a terran player, and its funny how on the many protoss players build carriers after day9 posted carriers rushes. I fought 3 matches in a row, all three protoss build carriers. I lost the first two, and massed up vikings and win 3rd match. The 3rd guy told me why so many protoss recent played with carrier, it was because of day9. So I'm here trying to see it for myself.
He says in the beginning in Finnish: "My APM was just so high that I ran out of RAM. I should tone it down a bit now" Day9 sounds awesome when he tries to speak Finnish :D
Hmmmm... no marines, marauders, or tanks. If you think about it, it stops sounding so brutal. I mean, how often have you seen the guy who gets only thors? Or only BCs? It could work.

Coming home from night class, heating up my dinner and sitting down to some Funday Mondays was such a great memory of a different time.

Game 3 is the most absurd cheese strategy that I've ever seen. A true wood league hero.

@Lolnollkoll check your replay folder in your documents, it is probably still there, and just move it from "unsaved" to your "multiplayer" folder :3

Im very confused, im playing in 2012 and im pretty sure there are carriers...unless theres a unit that looks exactly like that but is different
