I believe it is an arm. I've seen advertisements of it and it seems similar to the ride vehicles that Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey uses. They also use the same dome screen technique that Forbidden Journey does.

Can the west build awesome stuff for ourselves anymore we keep doing it for others then doing woke garbage for ourselves. Well I guess universal is doing a pretty awesome looking expansion or knew park actually. If we can get the woke idiots out we need to seriously kick it up a notch the Japanese Disney parks have awesome stuff also it’s like come on we invented this stuff we need to get it up to snuff here. If Disney wasn’t busy funding garbage woke content with their parks they could do a lot more new stuff besides pandora. The torn ride seeemd cool but I think keeps breaking and it’s still all freaking of the new cool stuff everyone else is getting under American brands that should be kicking butt in the biggest parks on earth in America. Gonna have a park larger than San Fran in Florida made by so many iconic visionaries the ultimate dream of one of Americas most epic visionaries and entrepreneurs and just run it into the ground. We need to fight that like freaking wild cats. No, bears. Freaking giant grizzlies. Iger the terrible and killer Kennedy and the slayer of franchises and their army of woke cronies vs the army of American freedom. The army of awesome. The overcomers of evil. Though other rides show it even more. This is really cool but it’s basically the spider man ride but Batman. But the spider man ride is awesome also. Really cool stuff they do now.
