Since 1992 I joined the computer programming and graphics field that only Text mode operating system mean (DOS) .I used Word Star , Lotus (spreadsheet) like Excel. DBase III, Foxbase and Foxpro were used as Database programming. Turbo basic, Qbasic, C++ You said right that time was self based learning and self thinking. Only follow syntax rules and then develop software for different purposes.
