I know like a lot of others, I rely on your videos for relaxing and sleeping, but I'd like to say that watching you prep and cook meals also encourages my appetite. I often neglect myself until I feel ill, or I don't feel hunger when I should, so sometimes I'll get some hot green tea and watch a video of yours, and I find myself wanting to eat.
