I would love if you did a video on etiquette on visiting new parents. Several members of my family just had babies, and I notice a lot of awkward/inappropriate things that other family member have said/did when meeting the vaby for the first time.
I second this!!!
Noted!
I just had the world's most awkward conversations with new parents. Jamila, help!!!!
What ! You need someone to guide u on how to behave w / family / baby. LOL !! How old r u.... Congratulations / smile / may be a card / compliment baby..
@@jat6547 I think you might have misread my comment. I said awkward or inappropriate things that *other family members* have said or did. Also, I don't necessarily think it's fair to tell someone to "grow up" if they are asking for advice on a TH-cam channel of someone who is a professional in that field. We are all here to learn something, let's not shame one another.
Since Jamila has visited so many countries why don’t we urge her to start a series where she can talk about hidden gems/ cultural shocks/ travel must haves / influence of that tour on young mind etc!?
That is what I want
Hi! I'm a 59-yr-old single male sub from Anaheim CA, love all your vids, especially the Breakfast at Tiffany's, would be fun to enjoy you to doing another scene. I try to always be classy like you, which means being polite & gracious with good manners, an old fashioned gentleman, honest & respectful. I strive to be a Renaissance man, which includes: piano, learning Spanish, college degree, volunteering, active in a men's bible group, practicing yoga & weightlifting, wave surfing, 4 international trips with Habitat for Humanity, being a good son to my mother & father to my kids - Thank you for teaching & inspiring me!
Awesome! Thank you!
@@JamilaMusayevaYou're welcome! Thank you too, I consider you a friend.
You’re a rare gem! Good bless you
@@walkerskii God bless you!
Hi Jamila, I’m 19 years old and live on the island of Cyprus. I just love your videos and think it’s so important for people my age to learn about manners and etiquette. Thank you!!
Thank you so much!!
I'll always be grateful you opened a youtube channel. We need more people like you in the world, most especially these days.
Thank you 🙏🏻
Everybody has some insecurities. But for 33 you have so much vision, confidence, elegance and you seem a very calm person. Thank you for sharing some of the facts about you. You look like you are a really good mother too. 🌺🦋🍋
Wow, thank you! ☺️
Kudos to you for stressing that children are not toys, and that there are no days off as a parent. Too many people still dive headfirst into parenting thinking it's a fun game, and underestimate what a huge responsibility it implies to bring a human being into this world.
Can't wait to see your apartment all fixed and fully decorated when it's time!
Thank you 🙏🏻
Wonderful video. Yes, you should be proud of your books. As author working on my second book, it does take work! I also love that you dance to reggaeton and hip-hop.❤
Thank you so much! Good luck to you!
You’re such a delightful person! Thank you for being so open with this online community. Your books are wonderful.
Thank you so much!😍It means a lot to me 😊
Thank you for being so honest about maternity. 🙏❤
Of course! ☺️
I relate so much! I dislike large crowds but I’m fine with dancing in public or having a speech. In a way it’s like having a different persona as a shield so I can distance myself. Hearing about you learning how to bike is also inspiring! I’m an adult but still don’t know how, but I think I’ll do it soon!
Thank you for sharing this video Jamila, I would gladly contribute in your Etiquette documentary around the world, I loved learning, reading about culture, traditions and people. That was very nice of you to share 20 facts about you. Thank you for being my inspiration. ❤
I cannot wait to buy your new book The Art of Entertaining at Home.
Take care and God bless.
Kind regards,
Carmen
Thank you so much ❤️🙏🏻 I truly appreciate it ❤️
@@JamilaMusayeva you’re most welcome, I appreciate you too.
Although you’re talking about personal facts, I love how relatable and inspiring those are.
I think some of them are actually very good questions we should ask ourselves for self discovery and development. So thank you!
Thank you for saying it ❤️
Your videos are the perfect mixture of relaxing and educational. It was really inspirng hearing you talk about your path and goals, loved getting to know you a bit more ❤
Thank you so much!😍
Excellent. My daughter did political science in Vancouver canada. Now pursuing masters in ottawa in public policy. Your path in international relations is so interesting. 😊
When a guest appears on a broadcast, & the host concludes saying, "thank you for being here", 100% of the time, guests reply "thank you." I believe it's classy to reply with "your welcome" & after that, if they want to say thank you, of course that's fine. Any thoughts Jamila?
Hi Jamila 👋 You are among the brilliant TH-camrs I know. Thanks for putting in the effort to teach and entertain us. ❤ I am also currently learning how to ride a bike at my big age 😂😂😂
Thank you so much 🤗 You can learn it! I did it 😉
I will love to see your documentary
Hello Jamila,
Can we get a video and your guidance on 'Basic Values every person must have which plays great role in building good character and which automatically reflects etiquettes as well.
I think good values are very important that every parents and every child must have to build a healthy society.

2) If someone want to be a professional Etiquette teacher from where should I start and which quality should have?
3) Love to see your day day routine..
Love you mam from my bottom of my heart ❤❤❤❤
Thanks 🤗
Hi, Jamila! I’ve been following you in your earlier days. I appreciate not just your content but how soothing your voice is , and how classy and refined you are. Such an inspiration to younger women. But i’ve been wondering, if I may, you dnt talk about your husband.. is there a privacy clause attached to that?
It is his personal choice and this channel is about me, not him.
I'm happy that you like latin american culture, and you're welcome in brazillian carnival hope you have a great moment. When I met people from either former ussr countries or nordic ones in my job, I could see how chill people, soft speakers, more indoor hangouts, such type of culture and people, in contrast with us that are super informal and loud culture. Seeing that contrast made me question a lot my habits, now I'm less anxious for sure, the idea is to enjoy the best of both
We are all different and that is what makes the world so vibrant!
Another gem. It's like having fresh flowers delivered to the house. I've been practising your advice, mostly in the garden, on the plants- I'm still in rehearsal; mise en place, of sorts; getting ready. The girls love "Etiquette" and align me with its content - often. Your guide to afternoon tea etiquette is still un-opened as I am saving it for the right moment. There's a fine dining, internationally acclaimed, revolving restaurant in Perth (AU) known for afternoon teas called "C". It was called Highlight 33 for many years, as it's on the 33rd floor (34 in you count the Ground floor). It's remarkably busy, particularly on special days. . The 14th is the next special day this month (happy Valentine's Day) and I'll be sure to take your work with us for its "opening"!
Thank you ❤️ I love hearing this!
I was born on july,19th too my favourite color is black as well as my favourite numbers are 9,7 and 1 i want to visit Japan and South korea I love dancing to multiple genres of music and i am a polyglot too ( Arabic, french, English, Spanish and Russian ) i am an introvert person what can i say more i am 24 years old and i don't know how to bike too i'm willing to learn it one day thank you so much for giving me hope, on top of that i have a master degree in International Relations too it feels like me talking about myself that's why i love you and your content and i have learnt so much from you ❤I can add that we are very sensitive and very ambitious to theses facts❤Can you please tell us how you started your etiquette journey and why ? Thank you so much again ️^^
Courage is knowing what not to fear.
TH-cam should have double like buttons. I realy enjoy your videos and wait for a them with such excitement that I wish you post more often. Thank you very much for opening your innet self with your comunity, kindnes and great advices ❤
Wow, thank you! ❤️❤️
Dear Jamila! If you want to get to know my country traditions, you are very welcome. I could be your Guide. I invite you to Poland. The Land where People respect Freedom and History. Land of Chopin, John Paul II and Andrzej Wajda.
Wouldn’t guess you’re an introvert. Also, not sure why there are closed captions now… they’re a bit distracting and a great deal of them are incorrect.
I love it when you talk about yourself. Your actions are so delicate, the way you pull up your sleeves.I can never ever stop myself from praising you Ma'am❤May god bless you and may your dreams come true 🙏
😊 thank you
I wish you will be able to achieve your dream. I’m sure it’s going to be fascinating and entertaining to watch such documentary.
lovely video! but I must note: the captions have quite a few errors.
They are autogenerated
Thank you so much for your lovely content. This year I graduated from University and your tips on how to speak elegantly helped me defend my thesis. I almost got full marks!
Best regards, from Brazil.
I'm so glad!congratulations! ❤️
Thank you @@JamilaMusayeva
Like this video so much! Thanks for sharing your life with us❤❤❤
Glad you enjoyed it! ☺️
Does she also speak Turkish?
Her native language is 90% similar to Turkish?
I also want to to travel Korea, I am very much inspired by their skincare routines, makeup, and fashion senses and their food is just sooo underrated! Also, I learned how healthy kimchi is for our guts. Idk their culture taught me a lot in the last couple of years.
Same here ☺️
Great! Thank you, Jamila, for the subtitles.
Glad you like them!
What a beautiful vest are you wearing! Where did you buy it from if i may ask?😊
Love your videos Jamila. Love your honesty. As you’re a homemade meal person it would be lovely if you could share your favourite meals and recipes x
I will perhaps share some clips
Jamila, thank you for your video. I am a new subscriber. Nice to know your background. I specially enjoy your manners and education. Very impressed how you speak several languages. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I speak very little French. We have a lot of things in common!!! Greetings from Arizona, U.S.A.
Thank you for your kind words and welcome to my channel ☺️
Jamila, I’ve been watching you since the beginning and I really do appreciate your view about things and just your goals and how gentle you are with your children… Are you not allowed to speak about your husband at all? I noticed you never speak about him.
He is a private person and this channel is about me, not him.☺️
Oh Jamila!!! Just when I think i couldn't love you more than I already do you just prove me wrong.
I'm absolutely on board with the etiquette documentary! I'm a Bangladeshi student in Canada, we eat with our hand in our culture and I realize just how many people think that just because we use our hand it means the we don't have our own set of tables manners and rules. I see a lot of people from other countries try to eat with hands too but eating things the wrong way or in very bad manners, which i don't blame them for, how often do people teach you proper South Asian dining etiquette? I've taught many foreigner friends and usually people learn very fast with my teaching. I'd love to contribute to your documentary as well with my insight as a Bangladeshi 😁🩷
Thank you for sharing this ❤️
This was very heartwarming video, thank you for in a way exposing yourself and showing more beautiful sides of you to us^^
My pleasure 😊
Congratulations, Jamila, for the new video! I have to confess that, although I follow you and I enjoy your content, I had formed a wrong impression about you as a person. Watching this clip, I discovered that we have many things in common (at least 7 facts of the one shared, including a similar birthdate :) )and you are so different from what I thought. It's obviously a lesson that beyond the camera we don't really know what the person talking to us is like. So I'm happy for the pleasant surprise, I want to apologise and to thank you for giving us the opportunity to get to know you, beyond the etiquette content.
Thank you for saying that ☺️
I love your energy it's really peaceful watching your videos are so comforting and you truly radiate elegance and femininity as a 19 year old i really look up to you 💕
Thank you so much!!
I do hope that when you speak about having your own apartment that you got through your own resources, that you are still happily married and your children are being raised in your little family unit. You are a gift to us. Thank you.
Thank you 🙏🏻
I really love how you are down to earth and honest. I feel like we could be friends, driking tea and talking about our children. Thank you for sharing your view of the world with us 💖 Also, would love a wine etiquette video. I'm always unsure about how to choose and pair wine.
Thank you so much! ☺️
Thank you so much Jamila for sharing information about yourself and your family - whatever you feel comfortable with, we are happy to hear about. I also quit teaching for the same reason as you at the same time. I feel very disconnected on Zoom - I can't understand everything, and it's so difficult to ask questions or understand others' feelings. Now, like you I work on my own and thrive much more. In the future I may arrange to teach my own classes, but not at a university like before, but perhaps in the community.
I can totally relate to you ☺️
Hi Jamila! I follow you from the early times and always felt we have quite similar personality traits, funny fact I also studied international politics, and I am dance lover that practiced and performed many year Belly Dance and Bhratynatyam Indian Classical dance. Today I understood we were born on the same month not many days a part and I start to wonder if zodiacs really have some sense 😅 Thank you for your kindness, dedication and values. May all your dreams come true as they are filled with goodness. You are a lovely human, and I am thankful for crossing your path online!
Love from Lisbon, Portugal ❤
Aww thank you for sharing this ❤️ could be Cancer energy ☺️
Thank you for your open, honest and interesting talk!
Hi Jamila, I really enjoyed this video and I really relate to your comments about agoraphobia. I also suffer with panic attacks in crowds where I feel like I cannot escape, and I haven't flown in many years as a result. I want to go on a plane this summer - would you have any tips on dealing with it? I feel like it has held me back so much, and I want to overcome it but I'm terrified of having a panic attack on the plane and feeling sick. Many thanks.
Wish you all the best Jamila🌼
Thank you!
love you and your continents. I'd be happy to hear about romantic relationships and how to deal with a man might be a potential husband and the attique with relatives, husband's family, and other people that should be meet but not act elegantly.

Neuroplasticity can help you with the phobia. Like DNRS, Gupta among others. It also helps tuning in to one's authentic self. Blessings
So true about having kids, I completely agree, thanks for sharing. I believe that being a mom is the most difficult and simultaneously the most beautiful thing in my life.
Oo I'm going to Japan tomorrow! I lived there when I was 18. You would love it! Please go! (im Australian 🇦🇺🦘)

Jamila, I hope it is alright to ask if you are presently married. You have shared your commitment, joy and love for your children, your aspiration to own and design an apartment you have purchased on your own, yet you never mention a life partner.

Hello Jamila,
I wanted to start by saying how happy I am to have found your channel. I am young and I just got into a business program, but my heart is interested in traveling around the world. I absolutely love to meet people, hear their stories, experience life and I want to join both my knowledge and will. Your video production has inspired me so much. I wish in the future when you start it (if there is a will, there is a way) I could connect with you and be apart of it in some way, or watch your series and enjoy it! Jamila, another reason I love you: you are not afraid to be vulnerable.
