Question... can you use the onions the lamb was sitting on chopped up and added into the main filling, and no Worcester sauce.. I got a bit worried as it went into the Cottage pie...??! lol... Love the way it kept its shape when you served up a portion... No one wants a sloppy filling... Thanks so much for another winner mate, can't wait to give it a go 🙂

Good question on the onions, they’ll be pretty winey and not sure how they’d be texture wise, but it’d probably work and you’d definitely not be wasting any flavour. I’ll have to experiment with that, thanks! Haha yeah, no Worcester in this one, I find there’s enough umami and sweetness already, Worcestershire can be a bit of a bully with delicate flavours like lamb IMHO. Definitely experiment with it if you like though, it might turn out to be just the thing for you 🙂 Definitely with you on sloppy fillings, 90% of potato-topped pie problems can be traced back to that IMHO 😅 Cheers, hope you enjoy it! 😋
