The package for it said "Sailor Moon R", which makes some fans believe that the studio might've planned for Chibiusa to own a pink version of the locket in some early draft of the season - and that Bandai stopped production of the pink locket and decided to sell the already-produced stock when Toei left out Chibiusa's locket. Of course, this is just a theory... In any case, there weren't many of them, and nowadays the old pink ones are sold for hundreds or even thousands of $ on eBay and the like. Which is why so many fans view the pink locket as a sort of "holy grail" collectible - it was painfully inaccessible.
The pinks are so pretty, and pink is my favorite color. Buuuut the gold is show accurate, so I'll probably end up getting that one ^_^ thank you for sharing your videos with us, we always thoroughly enjoy them.
ive waited for the new star locket review for soooooo long, thx for your video!!! and i must say at first i thought the speed of the new star locket melody would be slower, but now it seems both have the same speed, which sound not like that in the animation. but its still worth collecting.
I ended up ordering one of each of these through YesAsia. I've always wanted an original locket so so badly, but the price to buy one was so insane. Even if it was used and scuffed up badly. I was beyond excited when they announced the Moonlight Memory would be coming out! It was really kind of you to use your ability to order them for others who don't live in Japan.
Damnit... why didn't they slow down the melody... they should have fixed that so it played more like the way it should instead of the opening tempo... :: sighs :: Also how come you got so many?
If you wind it up all the way it can go, it plays quickly. It gets slower as it winds down, that's just how music boxes work. I have so many because I ordered them for people in my group.

But they didn't. They shipped all 155 lockets to her home and that's that. So I don't get why people act so personally offended about this thing when it has NOTHING to do with them personally. She pulled it off - so what?
The most BP can do about it is pay more attention to the product details the next time they put something like this up. It's not Sarah's fault that they gave an opportunity for ANYONE to do this... if they wanted.

The paint is wearing off of my pink star locket....its been 3 months since I bought it. I'm thinking buying another one and this time I'll keep it unopened. Is anyone else having this issue with their starlocket? T_T
