Mothers literally don't get the time to keep themselves clean especially while looking after the infant (breast feeding)... They hardly sleep, eat, couldn't able to go to church as well... They have to look after the baby and while the baby is sleeping she'll do some household work and that's what I've noticed and even my mom says that and I'm sure your mummy will say the same thing.... So forget about that... It's a long way to go (Use common sense and comment hehe)
