Just came back from Tampa loved it and checked out a few places you suggested so thank you!. I didn't have a chance to visit St.Pete but I'm considering a possible move. Not house but apartment for now. Is St. Pete more prone to flooding?
Thankyou and St Pete is slightly more prone to flooding when tropical storms or hurricanes come thru, but the water recedes quick. When you are ready for the move reach out we so we can find you the perfect home.
Thanks for the great review. I am looking for city life where everything is walkable and there is not only a cultural scene but it’s not too far from sporting events. I would appreciate if you pointed me to a few areas. We are looking for a year rental at the moment.
