ALWAYS appreciate honest review of equipment and tools - something new or something you have used for many years. Thanks for sharing! So many channels have morphed from doing great build videos to almost exclusively doing product reviews, mostly sponsored. I get it, especially given the money that can be made with affiliate marketing and these types of videos. Glad you're keeping it real...
I have a few of JessEm's products. I agree with your comments. You may cry when you see the price, but they're definitely of the highest quality. Thanks for sharing your table saw accessories.
I like the content change up and love hearing about how other folks operate & the tools they use. It gives me ideas on what to look for in the future to make me more efficient in the workshop.
Defiantly good for honest review and to see different sets for ideas etc... for instance, thinking of upgrading my old craftsman table saw. The idea to add the little rollers is a good one and the easy removal would be nice. As you likely know those old craftsman 113s didn't come with riving knives. That is a great edition. I have seen them, but never thought about it until watching the video.... just kind of hit me.
Of course we love that content even mixed with building something because we can know tour thoughts about the quality of the tool or some flaws too that helps us decide what to get easier. Thanks again for sharing cool stuff
Love your shameless plug for your table saw cabinet. I'm picking up my Sawstop PCS 3hp 36" table saw this very morning from Rockler (ordered and paid for it last week, save shipping and handling fees getting it through Rockler). My shop has zero furniture, just 14'x32.5' of walls and I need places to store stuff. I was looking at our cabinet that goes under the table saw when you were going over your other items, and wondering if you made it yourself = thanks for the shameless plug I'll be purchasing your plans. Love your channel, and I'm sure I'll be watching about everything you make.
Good list, if not a bit pricey. Haven't pulled the trigger yet but it's obvious the JessEm stock guide is a real game-changer. (I'd mount the same way you have.) Are feather boards rendered unnecessary with the guides? If they're no longer needed, I know where my magswitch 150s are coming from. lol
It is very sad but the whole, and I do mean whole, woodworking YT makers space have become complete whooores to the sponsors to the point that I do not trust ANY review where they are a sponsored or got the item/tools for free. Most channels have turned primarily into long winded commercials. Appreciate the honest reveiw of products. Its an extreme rarity anymore.
Like seeing what others are using in their shops. Thanks!

Thanks man!!

Thankfully I bought them when they were quite a bit cheaper than they are now haha
Great video. All things I’m working towards. Between build and tool videos it is the ratio you enjoy to keep making videos.
Great video and great tips thanks for sharing
I have the Kreg setup bars, they are great!
🙌🏼🙌🏼

Awesome!! Congrats on the saw!
Bought your cabinet plans - can you point me to the particular mag locks that you paired with the JessEm stock guide rollers?

Thanks
I like your opinion on your lauguna px16 planer. I am planning on ordering one. Would you recommend the machine still. Thanks
It’s been great, no complaints from me!
@@JohnBuildsIt thanks I will place the order then
do you use the miter gauge instead of a cross cut sled or just for doing angled stuff?
Yea I use the miter gauge a lot

Yep can definitely just take those magnets and save some money there at least!
What size MagSwitch did you use with the Jessem stock guides?
150
What type of top do you use for your cabinet
Black melamine
would be nice to have a sawstop... I have a DeWalt job site saw.
That’s a good one though! Use my Dewalt all the time
