He never asked the question. And she said it, that’s a problem, not a deal breaker but a problem. My husband never asked me either. Young-ones, single women out there, wait, WAIT and ALLOW that man to ask the question. Do not say it for him, if he is mumbling and tip toeing around the question, DO NOT ACCEPT THAT, do NOT ask the question for HIM. When he is ready and if he really wants you he will come back another day and find the words and courage to ask the question. Aiight, don’t say I didn’t warn you... a piece of you needs to be asked the question fully (will you marry me), and he needs to man up at that point too, trust.

Interesting point you made. From your experience, what does not asking straight-up reveal in hindsight?
She's a beautiful woman, but was looking at him like WTF is this story about someone on a plane. Seems like her first time hearing it was just then. Never would want to speak negatively on someone's relationship, but the storytelling and vibe seemed a bit off to me.
