i haven't laughed so much in years. i used to watch this movie as a kid so much and its never got boring. such an underrated movie and so imaginative. the part where the truck is being pulled up the tower had me in stitches. i honestly think this is one of the greatest comedy movies ever created.
When I watched in 2001 upon release, I knew it would become a classic. 21 years later, all the nice comments here show that my hunch was right. We need good movies.

Best things I love in this comedy are; i) Rowan Atkinson as Mr Bean's eccentric Neapolitan cousin. ii) Amy Smart going maniacally insane with the helicopter chasing after her cheating boyfriend. iii) John Lovitz and his family's wacky journey from a Klaus Barbie Museum, to stealing Hitler's car then crashing into a WWII Veteran Festival.

Its obvious that this movie is inspired by the classic "Its a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World." I always enjoy watching it. When i was living in L.A. as a CNA, I would often see this movie played very often during the early morning hours on cable. Don't remember what channel but if i could manage to stay awake ,try to watch it fully.
