I hope you have a chance to visit again! They've extended the park even further with the addition of the Wallace Desert Garden. It really is a wonderful place to get away from the city even just for the afternoon.
I wish I had known about this place when I spent a month in Phoenix a year ago. I would have visited this place at least twice. I went to the DBG and I loved it so much. Next time I’m AZ I’ll visit here. Stunning.
It's such a wonderful arboretum, one of my favorite places to take a walk, visit plant friends, and get out of the city for a bit. If you're ever in the area, definitely worth a visit!
