- This simple 4-question test is one of the most effective personality tests for both choosing a job and describing a deep truth about a person. Prepare to learn more about yourself!
Some Western companies still use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator when selecting candidates for their vacancies. And it's no surprise - this test proved to be effective not only for choosing a job but also for describing a person.
Here is a short version of this test with only four questions and two answer options for each.

We all have judging, it's the function that determines its selection, extroverted vs introverted. Visible, or not visible.

AssassiN7 R someone who doesn't struggle to talk to people in person, I guess. I find a lot of people who I know are extroverted tend to not have a very hard time talking to people, but me and a lot of people who I know are introverted try not to talk to strangers unnecessarily, and if we do, we tend to stand or sit in a defensive position, crossing our arms, holding an arm, crossing our legs, fidget, or stutter a bit.
It was a joke, obviously, not all introverts are like that.

It's obviously pretty ridiculous though that people aren't a mix of things. A "feeler" doesn't just completely disregard facts or logic, and a "thinker" may very well make emotional based discisions at times.
I know right. Just like the fact there was 3 or 4 movie stars in every personality type listed.
Myers Briggs isn't really used anymore since the results change based on how the person answering feels at the moment. It's good to give insight, but it's not definitive.
I personally see tests like these as a distraction more than helpful. They can keep people stagnate within a label. A truer way to look at your personality is to study psychology in a broad sense and then apply what you learn to yourself.
I watched college psych classes online then studied some specific individuals, Abraham Maslow and Nietzsche being two of the biggest inspirations. I like Jung's work too but it didn't have as profound an effect as those two.
Yep. My husband is a mix of ISTJ (Inspector), ISTP (Handyman), and ISFJ (Protector). I think that we all can be subject to varying traits depending upon the circumstance, I agree. This is a very basic rubric, but not all that far off. (I'm an INTP - the Architect, btw)

it's a four question test that normally has around 100 questions, what do you expect? also you're never 100% t or f. it's all in fractions, and if you actually take the test, you can get real results :v

I struggled to answer a few questions because I could have very well said, either or -depending on my mood- or the day of the week- or the people around me... I'm not an extrovert or an introvert, I see myself as an ambivert.

Modern psychology actually dismisses this concept of extrovert/introvert. It's been a while, but what's preferred now is called ocean, an acronym of five mental traits.
Myers Briggs isn't considered reliable and on a real note most people who use them now are people who like the labels to feel special, at least from what I've noticed.
You're right, results can change based on how you feel or on awareness/perception of the ego. ocean goes by development of the traits rather than which one of two traits is dominant.

I took the longer version of this test in my psychology class last semester, and I am an INFJ. I am majoring in Psychology, specializing in drug rehabilitation, and plan on going for my Doctorate degree so I can open my own practice. I will be using music therapy, and art therapy to help my patients. I love doing art on my free time whether that be sketching, or playing an instrument, and was considering becoming an artist for a while when I was in middle school, and the start of high school.

This video helped me understand why I sometimes get infj when I feel (lol) like an infp. I think that infp is my personality, but I just have an anxiety disorder so I overplan things a lot. Of course nobody is a hundred percent this or that, but this helped me get what the difference was when I have been taking tests and getting these two results. I have the ISTJ personality type. It suits me quite well actually. I can't believe that I got so worried about this simple test!
Not gonna lie, this is pretty dang accurate.
I got INFJ and 3/5 of the career paths listed I’ve considered doing. 2 of them I plan on majoring/minoring in and the 3rd is a back up if medical school doesn’t work out.
When it comes to the description, my friends refer to me as “grounded” which is essentially a one word summary. I’m someone who always gives advice from the bottom of my heart and is aware of my own flaws-constantly trying to work on myself.
I never really trust these personality tests but this one read me like a book.
I am an INTJ and the description fits me like it was made for me although I never considered being a professor or business administrator.
Had to laugh I am in between of the E and I but lean probably a bit more to the I. So I am an ISTJ. In the video it stated they make good Systems Analyst, I had to laugh, because that is what I do for a living as well as programming.

I’ve known mbti for a year now and I love it soso much💯 I’m infj was mistyped as infp. Letting you guys know that no test is completely accurate so you might be mistyped, you have to learn the functions and you can go from there☺️ I’m seeing ALOT of infjs on here and pretty sure some could be mistypes but lol I hope mbti becomes as popular as zodiac signs 😂
According to the situations described in this video, I'm not sure if I am an INTP or INTJ. Both of them describes me well. But I can act very differently depending on a situation. I can be an introvert or extrovert depending on a situation but, generally I prefer my alone time. I'm realistic but sometimes I love to daydream too. I usually follow my gut but I think before making a big decision. I do my best in organizing something and help my friend but only if they ask me to do so. I'd describe myself as a realistic and down to earth person and as someone who follows their instincts.

All day, I am constantly worrying about the next day and the next, and remembering things I did wrong previous days and how to change them. In highschool the version of this test I took was the same kind of questions with the letters but it had way more questions so you could have a more presice answer. The problem was that the number of questions was even and I got a perfect balance with Extrovert and Introvert type. Up until today that I'm taking the test with this video I get the exact same thing. I relate to both introvert and extrovert answers. I guess I could say I'm both ESTJ and ISTJ

I would recommend viewers to take the actual test on trusted websites because this is not even a test. However the type descriptions are fairly accurate and acceptable.

Well, I answered the 4 questions as carefully and honestly as I could. I came away as an INFJ, and I AM an artist, so maybe there IS something to this test.
