Are you joking? The front of this is embarrassing. That's a basement door -- why is it front and center? Could they at least have painted the brick in a lighter color, for a nice, more uniform street view? No, that would cost something. The flipper invested nothing in this.( Yet wants a rehabbed price from it. ) It's not ethical real estate practice. As I learned when I earned my r.e.license some years ago, lack of curb appeal alone, should have taken thousands off the price .
Looks like a solid house that just needs some cosmetic work. The drawbacks for me were the tiny kitchen & having to go through one bedroom to get to another. Otherwise, not a bad place at all.
You have a nice voice, subscribed, however, you understate the condition I think. I’d spend as much on reno as I did buying the house! I suppose if you were flipping, I’d spend 25K. Houses like that would not sit around long here, and it would sell in a day for $225,000. Location🤷🏻♀️❓Good Luck in Ohio👍🏻
The "You know you love it" comment killed me! 😂😂😂 The wallpaper is hideous! Dont know how anyone could think that was classy or elegant or whatever.🤮 The house has interesting curb appeal with the brink front. I was expecting a grand foyer and not the dirty basement. Lol
I see, well I hope one of your "quantity buyers" will enjoy adding this to their portfolio. That's how it works now sadly ...A few people own everything , and the rest have to rent
Loud and clear on my end. Everybody needs a place to live, looks like a pretty solid house

Sorry, it’s the “um” for me. It’s just one of my pet peeves with any speaker. You do have a nice voice, though. Volume is fine.
The West Virginia "um" 🤓😆
U REALLY NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE VOLUME ! MY VOLUME IS ALL THE WAY UP AND I AM UNABLE TO HEAR U !
That must be on your end
They are asking 50k for this-- but 25k for the beautiful 4br in Wheeling??
What's up with the pricing !
The full description says 25 cash 40K land contract.
The property in Wheeling is also twice the square footage. Generally, the larger the square footage, the higher the cost of renovations.

only needs a shower curtain!!!
What a MESS
Yes... and they're asking 50,000 for that mess
