- Las Abejas is a wonderful arpeggio study by the great Paraguayan guitarist/composer Agustín Barrios Mangoré. The constant motion and fast runs evoke the erratic flight and buzzing of the "bees" to which the title refers. Full of scales, slurs and arpeggios it is another example of this composer's genius. A particular favourite of mine, it is both a technical study as well as a descriptive and exciting piece of guitar music.

Bravo! Tocas la guitarra exquisitamente. Podría escuchar por horas. Una pena que tu primo no tiene esa habilidad. Dicen que tocaba el acordeón cuando joven, pero en los 37 años que llevamos de matrimonio nunca lo ha tocado. Por lo menos nuestros hijos deambularon por el mundo de la música, el mayor tocaba flauta y saxofón, la menor tocaba oboe, piano y saxofón. Ahora ella mayormente canta en la iglesia. Una pena que no te conozca en persona... algún día visitaremos España. Exito en todo!!
