Who-dey baby !
You nailed it, I came into the draft with the same thoughts as you. He’s a guy who wasn’t even mentioned on wr ranking lists leading up to the draft. Now my bengals got him in the 3rd round before guys like Troy Franklin and Roman Wilson who were hyped up like crazy.
We had a great Draft-year! WHODey!?! Baby!
Or a team like Cincinnati baby!
As a Steelers fan I’m kinda scared that’s a high power offense
We got two new TE's as well which has been a weaker position for us for a while now. Yall really revamped your o line in this draft though so your offense should take a jump as well.
Watching him play alongside Ja'Marr Chase is gonna be so fun
You didn't mention the Bengals as one of the "perfect" landing spots for him but I think he went to a perfect situation with them. Has a star vet QB throwing him the ball. Has 2 star vet WRs in front of him, & guys behind him who can capably play the #3 WR role. Has a strong lockerroom culture around him made up of captains, coach's sons, & "football boy scout" types in general who will be happy to call him out if he practices or plays with a lack of effort at any time.
Also, I really don't see why you'd put the Ravens on the list. Good team, but a terrible record of developing WRs, with Zay Flowers being one of the rare exceptions.
Good analysis overall
Yea Cindy definitely slipped my mind but I think Ja’Marr Chase is a perfect WR to learn from. The overall route tree and the way he separates is gonna be a great form of vet development for Jermaine.
Nailed it.
Well, now you need to come up with a video where you explain how Cincinnati was the perfect place for him to go.. because he’s here Who Dey! lol
