His artistry of words were just like the strokes of a brush by a painter on his canvas.!.. He added new dimensions to the endearing lyrics of this ghazal, bringing out the entire repertoire of his classical wizardry, singing with such beautiful variations, enlightening the listeners thereby.!.. Very philosophical thoughts expressed by the poet in these pensive lyrics.... Ye moajiza bhi mohabbat kabhi dikhaaye mujhe...Ki sa.ng tujh pe gire aur zakhm aaye mujhe... Vahi to sab se ziyaada hai, nukta-chee.n meraa..Jo muskuraa ke galey lagaaye mujhe... Sung melodiously by Khan sahib in his charismatic style and soulful voice !...His every word touching the inner core of our heart.!... Soul stirring couplets...Vo mera dost hai saare jahaa.n ko hai ma.aluum...Dagha karey wo kisi se to, sharm aaye mujhe. And these last lines of the poet are very melancholic.!.... Mai.n apni zaat mein neelaam ho raha huu..n 'qatil' ...Gham-e-hayaat se kah do, khareed laaye mujhe.... I can only add more waah waah's. Kya daad dein!!, hamari koi haisiyat nahin hai . The tune, melody words are like 'dil ke aar paar'. 🥰🥰. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart. 🙏

I feel Ustaad Mehdi Hasan sahab and ustasd ghulam ali ji are a university by themselves. One may take lifetime to understand their creations. Hope new generation pursues this, or someone institutionalize these in a structured way...to be able to pass on in its best way...so that creativity continues ...in a classical and natural way
