GREAT CD COLLECTION [HAUL, LOL], WISH I COULD BUY CDS LIKE THAT, AS I TOTALLY LOVE METAL CDS! You have so many CDs on those racks, man that's awesome, some day you could open up a METAL Museum, lol.... but obviously you sell them!
That Metal Brother was a true Metalhead and Collector!
Love the collection! That purgatory tied to the trax cd is going for crazy money now. I got it my freshman year of high school in 2011 for like $10-15 bucks and now everywhere I look it’s well over $100
Yeah, that album was hard to find when it originally came out in the 80s!
A very nice collection man wished i got some of these
I'd love to sit down and go through them one by one... very jealous!
I may do that in another video
so sealed & pristine i have to wonder if he bought most of it to resell.
It’s a valid question 🤔
I just collect CDs now cuz they're cheaper and easier to store... I used to like records more though...
I collect Japan Cd's, for me the best 😀👏👍
Yeah, those Paper-sleeve ones are rad
the market for this type of music is very small, you will be lucky to break even.
LOL. those are called obis, not O.B.I.
but why. cds are garbage unless it's the only format it's on. better than tapes but still. and CDs from the early 90s are already starting to rot away. that format has about the same amount of longevity as a wax cylinder.
Well, I've got cds from the 1980s in my collection that work/play just fine. Only TWO out of dozens and dozens have went bad on me thus far so I don't consider that a waste at all. In fact, I've gotten more than my money's worth since I've played many of these cds hundreds of times over the past 40 years. How much longer will they last? Who knows. Don't really care at this point since they lasted this long.
Never knew CD's degraded
@bjjbrawler1 They can, but for me, it's not common. They're pretty durable, and if handled and stored properly, they SHOULD last a very long time.
99% of all CD's original like this could stand tall for between 50 and 80 years. They did studies on this.
Бред.
