I didn't necessarily mean all big fish in general nor just one particular species of fish.. Black drum you don't want to eat really big ones they are full of mercury. Either eat really small ones or catch small croaker which are the same type of fish but way smaller. Drum are one of the highest mercury content fish there are

I really do hate to be that guy. don't pickup a fish by the gills if your planning on releasing it. grab under the head and tuck it under your arm, use your other hand to support the tail.
