When my daughter was 3, we were advised that there was a threadworm infection that was passed round nursery due the sandbox 🤢. I got the treatment and explained to my daughter what it was for. She suddenly bursts into tears

I had to explain that there were likely only grown up worms as the babies were the eggs. She finally relented - I guess it was nice to kill grown ups😂
