you get to lock for each time they banished face down , if it’s like desires then you only get 1 since all 10 were banished at once but like small world you would get to lock 2 since they banish face down 2 separate times

nah, that kash player shoulda won game 1 much faster. At the very minimum, birth banish princess and two names is very huge and the second birth banish goes for more. If im on kash, I'm being thirsty for those zone locks ngl

Shifter summon limit combo
so people justify shifter existing because of fire, despite shifter also killing almost all decks except Kash and Floo. What justification do we have for summon limit?

Cards that have the text "you can only use _____ once per turn" mean that each player can only use the effect of that card once per turn. So if the card were to be used by one person then switch control, the new controller will still be able to use the effect as long as they have not used their own copy that turn.
Cards with "Once per turn:" at the beginning of the effect are the activation conditions and this means that the effect of that card can only be used once whole face up on the field.

Birth and Fenrir control seem pretty good to me idk

The deck's not very good, but it facilitates a decent gameplan. Fenrir is good. Birth is good. Popping a card is good. Shifter and the ghost girl handtraps are good. Kashtira in the TCG just facilitates the Fenrir + Birth gameplan unless you play the out-of-engine cards like Raidraptor or the Heatsoul line, but even those don't elevate the engine over any other in this format. The deck is playable and the engine is still pretty decent going second, but it's not amazing.

The deck doesn't have a competent one card combo so its kinda just worse than VV right now. Both of those decks run a high amount of hand traps and have opening hands that are extremely insulated from the opponent's hand traps, but the one card VV board is not only more consistent but also a lot harder to break through for the format than kash's one card combo.
Even shifter can't really save kash because going second the minimal SE board they make can stop the otk and then have enough follow up to break the kash board turn 3 and otk them.
