Bibo-bo is definitely an instant fav for me. Probably the most expressive I've seen for a Lisa character as well.

i think the lowest quality out of all the animations here is carim's side to side look since they flipped his sprite without a care for shading, but it's so fuckin slick i can't even hate it

I have no clue if there's any way to export vx ace animations to gifs and such
What i did was i set up a map in rpgmaker that was just a blue background, then i made a battle toggle with an enemy that has 99999 health and is invisible, then i just used every move and recorded the animations. there's a decent amount of editing involved but other than that it was pretty easy
as for an answer for if you can export animations to gifs i think that there's maybe a way but i don't know how to do it
