How to Entertain Your Baby at Home | INDOOR BABY ACTIVITIES
Whether it's being stuck inside because of the Dubai heat or a rainy day. Entertaining our babies indoors can sometimes be a challenge. These 15 ideas use what you'll already have to hand and provide your baby with age appropriate activities and developmental play which will keep them happy on those days when you can't get out of the house.

HOMEMADE PLAYDOUGH
8 Tbsp Plain Flour
2 Tbsp Table salt
60ml Warm water
Food colouring (I put 1 Tsp of Spirulina in with the water for a natural alternative)
1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
1. Mix the flour and salt
2. Combine the water, food colouring and oil.
3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix with a metal spoon
4. Once roughly combined, knead with your hands for a few minutes until you get a smooth dough.
5. Store in cling film in an airtight container
NOTE - Do NOT leave your baby unattended with playdough as they are still at the stage where everything goes in their mouth.
HOMEMADE BUBBLE MIXTURE
1 Litre hot water
250ml Good quality washing up liquid
2-4 Tbsp Glycerine
Glycerine is what makes the bubble robust and last longer. You can easily find it in the baking section at the supermarket and comes in a tiny bottle like food colouring.
