Azu has been one of my favorites this season. I run muscle instead of weight for a bit more early game kill potential, wouldn't believe how many people think they can just scrap with Marill
Wouldn't recommend switching weight out, it gives so much scaling to aqua tail, both for dealing damage and healing. And if you focus on getting stacks early game, you already have one of the best game kill potential. If you really want to put muscle in, switch it out for weakness policy (not exactly recommended too but better than switching out weight).

I have always played all rounders as a solo q player, my main is zacian and i have a gold badge in it from how much i play it lol, it got me to top 1600 master 1857. The best tip tho is to play pokemon u enjoy so you dont get bored and you actually try and that will make u do better, i play all rounders like Zacian, Lucario, Aegi, Champ, Mew X, Char(Not as good anymore), and chomp bc they all can carry so well in solo q. It has worked for me to play what the team needs, play defender or supporter when your tram needs or if ur team is all rounders and defenders play attacker etc, fill in the space.
Cris is right about being cautious around Slowbro but if you look closely, you can see Slowbro United with 2:55 on the game timer. Slowbro’s unite timer is a 1 minute and 52 seconds. Even with amp, Slowbro ain’t having that at the Ray fight. With that in mind you can be around Slowbro during the start of the final fight without having to worry about getting caught.
The only reason I don't run azu is because my opponents always run at me in a death ball. A minimum of 3 stacked meaning azu is next to useless. I run dragonite with outrage instead to muscle through the group. But azu is strong against solo queue teams. I just wish a solo player I didn't face stacks

My new fav SoloQ mon is both Flail Snorlax and Superpower Buzzwole. Both are flawed but are also something that I can do well and I can deal insane KOs and damage with them. My other options are Absol, Blaziken and Aegislash with the latter two being the high skilled mons that I am good at and with the buffs to Absol, I felt better at playing him. The nerf to Mewtwo Y is a godsend tbh because I can play nearly anything I want. Honorable mention for me is Leafeon since Solar Blade is still insane while Razor Leaf is not far behind. I wish Gren could get some buffs because I would love to play Surf Greninja again.
@@IthquaisChibi That actually depends on how good you are. The easiest build to use and be good at is Shadow Claw/Wide Guard but if you have good skill level, then Sacred Sword/Wide Guard is not a bad choice. Its just that Sacred Sword's CD is a bit higher tbh.
@UltimateRaven not really. Both are the same skill level because both have their strengths and weaknesses that aren't too drastic from each other. One has shorter CD but the other has longer reach to either engage or disengage.

I was the enemy mimikyu good game I feel like I could of played a little less agro jumping in and dying, our espeon was just dcing mid game couldn't win top and my unites auto targeted the wrong people however it was a good game
I so often see teammates getting aggressive with a lead the way you were doing, but they seem to overlook that whole, "I shouldn't die here" part. Also, where the heck did you find an Eldegoss with EXP Share who rotated down? I mean, I do that (only to find that my teammates aren't worth the healing I give them...), but I rarely see other supports play that well.
i think the attack speed of muscle isn't as worth it bc it isn't very consistent. So it may not make such a difference than weakness, because once you lose health it is sooo much easier to get it back up and not die
@@AlexBarbettaenergy amp is good enough, but i think the short buff it gives you makes you more vulnerable in the rest of the team fights, because you aren't healing as much. cookie is no-no, you need attack if you want to survive, as Azu is very squishy. that being said, running energy amp+x attack+water pulse when the 5 rivals are together might be the most fun thing azu can do, you can watch the whole team get decimated

I think Azu might be getting a nerf next patch, they'll either nerf his Crit damage stat or his Attack stat. I think this is very possible considering that both builds are extremely strong with Aqua Tail Water Pulse being almost broken.

I think there's a good chance of an Azu change soon, nothing devastating, just a small change to something like it's attack or unite cooldown.
@@ldluukke4125 All Rounders are meant to have a good mix of damage and sustain, Azu isn't a special case. He's actually on the lower end of the All Rounder durability scale by defensive stats and almost all of his survivability comes from his high hp stat and Aqua Tail, which has to hit with the sweet spot to heal, deal meaningful damage, and get the CDR. Which makes him vulnerable to CC, characters with tons of mobility that can just walk away from him or stay on top of him, and high burst damage. He's hard countered by half the meta like Mewtwo X, Mew, Inteleon, Zacian, Slowbro, Lapras, Umbreon, and especially his built in counter, the buddy system. He has a hard time securing wild farm or fighting if he's not getting Huge Power to activate so playing around his passive is the best way to deal with him. He's a character built around excelling in 1v1s so trying to fight him solo is not a good idea, nor is splitting apart in team fights. There's tons of Pokemon in this game with crazy early game powerspikes, most comparably being the Eeveelutions. Similar to the Eevees, Azu falls off hard late game especially against coordination. However he also excels without any coordination which makes him really good in solo queue where people don't group up, allowing you to gain a lot of value with Huge Power. He's very similar to Pokémon like Gengar where he'll steamroll you if you don't know how to play against him, and by judging off your opinion on Attack Weight, you do not. Not running attack weight is troll, if you take one look at UniteDB you'll see aqua tail benefits a lot from it, and late game his damage and healing are nowhere near the same if he doesn't have his stacks. His unite does have a low cooldown but it doesn't automatically make it broken, Belly Bash was a hella mid ult before we got everything one level earlier now it's great for assassinating high value enemies, but it's range isn't crazy it gets countered hard by Slowbeam, or Umbreon's Mean Look. Not to mention the buddy system, a defender that can stand near the carry to shove or cc him after he lands on the target is extremely useful. Azu is a low high tier specifically in solo queue at best, but that's my hot take since he's been struggling all year against the meta. It's more widely agreed on he's mid af. If you tell me your character I can give you some specific tips in the mu.
Azu is a relatively a bulky allround . Lower cooldowns. Hp recovery is broken. 1v1 guaranteed . Level 4 first move. 8 level unite. Its finally time for people to see how nroken this mon is .

The Bunny has crazy early game stomp potential. It can completely shut down a lane by itself and with good support it’s devastating.
Azumarill is simply an allrounder eeveelution. Gets early spikes and moves at level 4 & 6. Unite at 8. If you know how to play it, you snowball early.
