Thanks for this series! If you wait to order from the wholesaler after the Customer orders, what is your turn around time to get the order shipped to customer? What if the wholesaler is out of stock?

usually we have a turn around time of 7-10 days for items we have to order from
the wholesaler! if the wholesaler is out of stock, we try to get our customer to substitute color or size. if they don’t want to, we issue a refund and cancel the order!

How fast do the wholesalers get the item to you? I’m not clear on that.

@@kimriddle2 it depends on which warehouse it comes out of & when we place the order! once the order is placed, almost always within 1-3 days.

I just print them directly in etsy! It's hard for me to show order sheets in video because of how much customer info is on them, but I can try to find a way!
