He's an incredible singer. Can you imagine him doing some audio books? Poe, Lovecraft..... Heck, he sang Misty Mountains. Can you imagine him doing an audio book of The Hobbit? I mean they guy could read the phone book and be worth listening to.

Want to meet them and see them sing and talk in person. I thought in the past pre-HF he was a math teacher in Texas. Holy moly. I loved math. He could make me love algebra.

I've been saying the same thing concerning words being just sounds. My mother told me often the phrase, "sticks and stones may break my bones but can never hurt me". This seemed to be a popular phrase in my mother's time. I think this is why it seems everyone is getting their feelings hurt so easily today as to compared to the old days. Not enough people realize words have only the power you give them. And I totally agree with the use of algebra. And last, but best, Bacons! Hahaha

Couldn't help but wonder if we will ever be able to have our pictures taken with one of the guys like we used to. Pandemic sure changed things we used to take for granted, getting close for pictures and signing lines. Miss those.

I was shocked to hear Tim use God's name in vain. I have always enjoyed Home Free's music, but this is unacceptable. Words do matter.They can lift up or destroy. I never thought I would hear GD come out of the mouths of any of this group.

Plus saying G...d... alienates every Christian who has ever supported you. Tim's attitude is childish, immature and thoughtless. I have loved Home Free for years but am very disappointed in this clip. I have concert tickets for the Ryman this fall and actually no longer wish to go. I do festivals and was willing to give up a $1500 day just to see them. When a person uses fowl language they are just showing their ignorance in not being able to express themselves any other way.

It's like a when body is beautiful...doesn't mean every part should be shown or exposed to every one...it degrades and desicrates the beauty (or your "freedom" of speech). 😋 I like Tim, but I don't need to agree with him to enjoy his music.

But if I had to decipher it, it would seem to be talking of the intent of the words and not the words themselves. Those quotes don't include a specific list of words so it's open to interpretation. I can say tit and be talking about a bird, I can say Dick but be talking about my friend Richard, or I could be talking about body parts.

I used algebra in two different lines of employment for four different organizations. It served me, those organizations, and the flying and civilian public very well, saving many lives.
