2/19/24 Napa Valley Wine Train Railfanning Ft. NVRR 1864 and RS-11 62!

Thanks to ‪@remsterrailroading2679‬ for giving me updates and heads up about the RS11!
Another visit to Napa in exactly 3 months since my last visit. It was raining a couple times but that didn’t matter. This visit I got the new locomotive 1864 heading back to the yard along with RS11 arriving back at Napa and moving around the yard. Also included are RS-11 62’s idle sounds. This video holds the final years the RS11 would be in service and the beginning times of a new tier 4 locomotive.
