  • Importance of Annexure-2 in SRA (SRA में परिशिष्ठ-२ (Annexure -२) का महत्व जाने)
    Annexure-2 is very important document in SRA for slum dwellers where the eligibility of the tenants are decided and on the base of their eligibility they should get all the benefits of SRA like rent. shifting amount, brokerage amount and allotment of SRA flat. It is total responsibility of the tenant to get their eligibility in Annexure-2 by the support of developer, society or himself, but should be done eligible after preparation of Annexure-2. The delay of eligibility in Annexure-2 should affect the benefits of slum dwellers so it is purely responsibility of the slum dwellers to get their eligibility any how before the demolition of their structure in SRA.     First we were with one builder then we submitted our papers to second builder first builder had acquired land but now it is second development and their case is pending with legal department is there any way out of it

      Sir, there is no provision for first floor in SRA as the SRA authority survey they show the structure as 1st floor of the same structure as the same persons could not take the benefit of the 1st floor.     Sir, mere ghar ko 15 sal se apatra kiya hua hai. Society koi kam nahi kar rahi. Submitted documents me - residential lightbill 1994, commercial lightbill 1996, voter ID 1994, water bill 1998, gumasta licence 1996 ka hai. Na to dukan patra kiya hai na ghar. Kuchh ho sakta hai hamara? Dukan ya ghar kuchh bhi patra ho sakta hai?

    maine ek sra flat kharida hai by 2ndowner but sra me owner name first owner ka hai, second wale owner ne naam change nhi kraya, maine abhi second owner se kharid liya hai but naam change krane me problem ho rhi hai, because first owner ka kuch bhi pta nhi hai, so kaise apne naam pe change kr skte hai

      Presently the GR is upto 01 Jan 2011 so never worry but you have not paper as per 01 Jan 2000 then you are not eligible for the free Rehab flat. Jai Hind

    Hello Sir,
    I need your advice. My maternal grandparent was given house by Mhada in early 1970's and now it comes under SRA for rehabilitation. They have constructed 1 floor above ground and myself along with my parent live there. If tomorrow a developer comes to rehabilitate , so is there any way we can ask for separate housing for first floor and to be treated it differently??
    Please tell me as soon as possible.

      No sir as per SRA norms there is no provision to the persons on upper floor so you doesn't get benefit of it. you can came to our office for particular advice. JAI HIND.

    सर annexure 2 कब बनता है?
    हमारे यहा सोसायटी के लोगो ने सर्व्हे कीया है और झोपडे पर नंबर डाले है? और वो लोग अभी अग्रीमेंट sign करावा रहे है. मगर हमने अभी तक उनको डोकमेंट्स दिये नही है और नाही अग्रीमेंट sign कीया है और अभी तक SRA बायोमेट्रिक सर्व्हें भी नही हुआ..... तो क्या अभी हमारा Annexure 2 बना होगा????

    परिशिष्ट-२ मध्ये नाव नोंदणी करण्याची प्रक्रिया कोणत्या विभाग मार्फत होते. SRA किंवा जवळील वसाहत अधिकारी (BMC)

      It depends on the land if land belongs to BMC then it should be in BMC you have to check with another persons annexure-2 that which authority is issuing it. Competent authority also issue annexure-2 so you have to go through with the annexure-2 copy of any of the tenant of the project for correct direction.       Allotment letter, Annexure-2 and Share Certificate. 10 years to be completed on the date of purchase must to transfer in SRA and the agreement to be prepared by first party.
