स्तन कैंसर रेडियोथेरेपी के सामान्य दुष्प्रभाव:
त्वचा में परिवर्तन: त्वचा की क्षति विकिरण चिकित्सा का एक सामान्य दुष्प्रभाव है, और उपचार के दौरान एक अच्छी त्वचा देखभाल दिनचर्या आवश्यक है। त्वचा में परिवर्तन शामिल हो सकते हैं:
त्वचा के रंग में परिवर्तन
त्वचा का फड़कना
कोमल, शुष्क और खुजलीदार, पीड़ादायक त्वचा
लाल, सूजी हुई या गर्म त्वचा
त्वचा पर छाले
त्वचा की समस्याओं को प्रबंधित करने के तरीके:
उपचारित क्षेत्र/त्वचा को रगड़ने या खरोंचने से बचें।
शुष्क त्वचा को थपथपाने के लिए एक मुलायम तौलिये का प्रयोग करें।
आपके विकिरण ऑन्कोलॉजिस्ट द्वारा निर्धारित किए जाने पर ही मरहम, क्रीम, लोशन या पाउडर लगाएं।
उपचारित क्षेत्र पर सौंदर्य प्रसाधन, शेविंग लोशन या परफ्यूम न लगाएं।
तंग-फिटिंग कपड़े, और ऊनी या कॉरडरॉय से बचें जो त्वचा को परेशान कर सकते हैं। सूती जैसे प्राकृतिक रेशों से बने कपड़ों को प्राथमिकता दें।
उपचारित क्षेत्र में अत्यधिक गर्मी या सर्दी न लगाएं। क्षेत्र को सूर्य के संपर्क से रोकें।
दर्द : स्तन के आसपास हल्का दर्द, या कंधे के क्षेत्र में अकड़न लेकिन यह समय और उपचार के साथ कम हो जाता है।
सूजन : उपचारित स्तन या आसपास के ऊतक की हल्की सूजन या सूजन (जलन और लालिमा) हो सकती है। उपचार के अंत तक सूजन आमतौर पर कुछ हफ्तों के भीतर कम हो जाती है।
बगल में बालों का झड़ना: यह बगल के क्षेत्र में लिम्फ नोड्स पर लागू विकिरण के कारण होता है, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप इन क्षेत्रों में बाल झड़ते हैं। लेकिन रेडियोथेरेपी बंद करने के बाद बालों का विकास फिर से शुरू हो जाता है।
मुंह/गले में दर्द: कॉलरबोन के आसपास के लिम्फ नोड्स में विकिरण के आवेदन से निगलने में कठिनाई हो सकती है और कभी-कभी गले में खराश या मुंह में दर्द हो सकता है। उपचार समाप्त होने के बाद ये लक्षण कम हो जाते हैं।
मुंह / गले की खराश को प्रबंधित करने के तरीके:
अपने मुंह या गले में जलन से बचने के लिए नरम और चिकना भोजन पसंद करें, जैसे तले हुए अंडे, पनीर, केला, आदि।
मसालेदार, खट्टे और खुरदुरे खाद्य पदार्थों से बचें जो आपके मुंह में जलन पैदा करते हैं या
थकान और कमजोरी: कैंसर का इलाज कराने से मरीज खुद को थका हुआ और थका हुआ महसूस कर सकते हैं और साथ ही थेरेपी के अन्य दुष्प्रभाव भी हो सकते हैं।
थकान और कमजोरी को प्रबंधित करने के तरीके:
पर्याप्त आराम करें और कम से कम 8 घंटे की नींद लें।
हल्के व्यायाम के साथ शारीरिक रूप से सक्रिय रहने का प्रयास करें।
दिन में देर से कैफीन से बचें।
पोषक तत्वों से भरपूर स्वस्थ आहार लें और खुद को अच्छी तरह से हाइड्रेट रखें।

My mother's breast cancer treatment was completed in November 2022 but now she is facing some problems like her right hand is blocked and she is suffering from severe pain and can not move her hand without painkiller and skin is also very ichy and hard (The treatment was done on right breast) and the doctors are saying keep doing the exercise which she is doing regularly but no improvement is in the hand . What can we do ??
U must visit physiotherapist, May be she is suffering from lymphedema , exercise karna se jyada jaruri h Sahi tarah se karna , meet onco physiotherapist

Now she can move her hand while exercising but after completing the exercise the condition is same . Severe pain, iching, swelling ... And she was completely okay after the treatment . From past 20 days she is suffering from this problem

Hello Ma'am, my mother has completed her radiation therapy but she's having difficulties with the skin under her breast. It has got very itchy and is very painful. Can she apply natural coconut oil on that area for better healing or should she leave it to heal on its own?
Can apply but not at time of treatment, at bed time , keep it dry it will heal soon . If u feel ulcer or jakham meet with doctor
