Hi Kelly. I have had my scan n cut for about a year now and hardly touched her. I have been looking for videos since then but most of the videos feature the Canvas programe which is a bit too much for me. Thank you for doing these, at the moment i don't know how many you have done but will work my way through them. While moving into a bigger room so I can have a Den I found in the cupboard a Chinese Calligraphy starter kit. Will I be able to use it with your tutorials? hi kelly...do you know if SNC has a way to cut a group of (ungroup) scanned pattern together into one piece that they are irregular shape? I can't find a way to cut with a border on my irregular scanned pattern. Apprecaite if you have an answer to this.

+Jeannette Ugorji Hi Jeannette, Ok, I will try to remember to include my settings, however, you should know that settings honestly do vary from machine to machine. So it's best to do a test cut. Do you know how to do this? It's on the opening screen for cutting....and do a test cut at the BOTTOM of the paper on your mat so you do not have to load and unload all the time, just lift and check the cut at the bottom and then continue on.
yes, this would work good if you needed the machine to "draw" multiple images at the same time. As many that will fit on the 12x12" mat. So yes draw your image, scan then have it draw that multiple amount.

I actually don't use fabric much with the SNC so I recommend searching another youtube video channel.

Can you cut laminated paper with it?
Yes, you can cut laminated paper. I have cut lots of plastic paper, so laminated paper would work. You might need the deep cut blade.

Yes, the machine can draw. But if I'm drawing the design, then I probably wouldn't get the machine to draw it too ;)

My activation card has a number and letters but the keyboard has letters. So what I have to do ????
There is a key you press while on your 'letters' keyboard (bottom right) that will display numbers when you press it.
