How I repair my uncle's sinking sofa (with many other problem)

Good day everyone..
So this is my uncle's old sofa that he can barely use because it was sunken with a broken frame.. Not to mention the rat hole 🙄
I'm no professional upholsterer, so I just use methods that I know of and with limited budget.
