brilliant vid George, the tractor looked great from the drone with blue sky, dark green trees and the spotless yellow paintwork. Hard going - we need more rain! Thanks for producing such a detailed video, slow mow, various angles, great drone shots, it’s all first class.
Yeah here in SW Manitoba subsoiling is mainly done in spring after the frost has broken the plow pan or in the fall if you're luck to get a good pour as points will just not go down. first combine just started in our area in spring barley and i'm gonna film first field of canola getting swathed by mid week. cheers.
Nice one George 👍I don't think that was too shabby for the big girl coming straight off the baler. People seem to think the same with unimogs, that they can only haul. Set them up right and there's no problems.
Fendt Vario 900 The integral tyre pressure regulation system VarioGrip adapts the tyre pressure from 0.6 to 2.5 bar within the shortest amount time - even while driving. This is accomplished via the integral rotary union, which is designed to last the lifetime of the tractor. Air is supplied via a water-cooled double-compressor as well as the vehicle's own valve equipment.
Lovely angles there George! She’s done well, 5 legs in hard ground! That’s not easy work but it coped well! And 40ltrs an hour is good going too for any tractor in those conditions :)
Hiya sid! When she’s working hard it jumps up to around the 90ltr an hour mark, when I’m putting long shifts in with it working land il use between 500/700ltrs a day depending on the soil type. But that’s covering a massive amount out of ground, so it brings the cost per ha down if you get me? :)
She did you proud there George, no one is even attempting to put anything in the ground over here just concrete but the rain finaly came yesterday so expecting plenty of activity this week. there may be no exhaust note from a fastrack but she sounds great when shes roaring like that.
Nice video i had seen a very nice fastrac 4220 on saturday evening on the a34 between kidlington going towards bicester but may have turned off i didnt see (i live in bicester) pulling a nice bale trailer and it reminded me of you and i sat and watched many of your videos on saturday night great video looking forward to the next one 🚜
Pulls that ripper pretty good george we used a john deere 714 chisel plow on a 8650 john deere articulated tractor full duals all around and full weights and back tire weights any way in clay soil so hard it had tractor starting to wheel hop not bad but shook you in seat so i feel you
Good video. Would have been bad if you hadn’t seen the controller on the fender. That drone would have been three counties away before the battery went dead lol. Trust me I know first hand how far and fast that thing goes when the controller malfunctions. Mine was gone in the blink of an eye! I think it hit 100mph before it was out of sight. I didn’t think it could fly that fast but it can
i dont mean to be so offtopic but does anybody know a way to get back into an Instagram account?? I was stupid lost my login password. I appreciate any tricks you can offer me!
@Dorian Shepard Thanks for your reply. I found the site on google and Im trying it out now. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
I love these JCB Fastracs! They are awesome but too damn expensive. I have two Fendt's...a 2017 724 and a 2018 828. It seems like the best, most efficient tractors and equipment come from overseas and Canada (I'm in the USA). I've been buying Maschio, Krone, Pottinger, etc. all far better then anything made in the USA which is sad. Is the Fastrac yours George?
I love Jcb tally handlers and fast tracks but they arnt my favourite tractor. New holland, massy then Jcb are my top 3 tractors :) nice video glad England had some rain we are cultivating as well here in cornwall and we needed it. Happy farming everyone :)
Confused.. why do you call it cultivating??Every Country I've been too..a lot of them..that is sub soiling, to break the hard pack so water soaks in better and deeper.
Great filming George....you're getting a bit handy at this 😁 Talk about dragging concrete eh! That Fastrac isn't a tractor.....it's a bloody spaceship lol.
Beautiful mon, that JCB is a fair beast! Just a question, where are you roughly mon? There has been a large Fastrac going through my village for the last couple weeks
Lovely filming George you getting to be a master at that! Was the drone on automatic pre-set flying or someone was doing manual? I was wondering since the soil is so hard and dry still there, would it be better to use a bigger tractor with big wheel weights and a big weight on the front linkage? And a bigger wider Cultivator or maybe a big plough the cultivator? as it will take ages with a small one and although your JCB tractor doing ok, it still is finding it a bit too hard to do! If like here in Kent your soil is dense and filled with lots of stones all being Flint based it will take a very big powerful tractor and strong plough or cultivator with sharp blades to deal with stony soil that has had little rain and very hot weather? We just had some storms and allot of heavy rains now ( from the 9th August to the 11th ) But the lawns still yellow and brown and the soil is still hard as heck! How often do you need to sharpen or replace your blades on the plough and the cultivators?
Why tho when they will drive in same place year after year and crops don’t grow in them anyway . Is it not a waste of time and fuel sub soiling tram lines . Might as well do either side of them ?
Why are you subsoiling? The dry summer has cracked the soil well down. All you are doing is compacting the soil where your wheels are spinning.. Let me see you with a spade and dig two feet down before and after. You might be shocked. Always have a good dig before subsoiling otherwise it is a waste of time and diesel. What you going to do when the oil runs out?

Lovely stuff George be great to see the old TW in pulling action with some of that bloke smoke!!
Lovely angles there George!

Jonny 1388 dread to think what the 1050 drinks when she's hard at work!

Not bad for an ol' fastrac Jonny mate😉
Just Getting my Fastrac fix mate 😂🤣😂🤪❤️👍
👌🤞
Bloody love the 4220 great kit .

+George Saunders Very nice video as always George! Really enjoyed the drone footage and the slow mo!

*Very interesting video and tractor!*
Dad used to pull a 5 leg flatlifter with the MF 2680 on duals. With ballast in the front tyres.
Fair bit of slippage there.
I am seeing the JCB"S more and more often in Canada .
I got a 20v JCB cordless drill as well 😳
As a canadian watching this i feel it would be painstakingly slow with that small of an implement
You certainly wouldn’t want anything bigger in the conditions George is working in.
Wow 40 liters an hour that ground is very tuff George the Fastrac can do it easely, Ford TW working should be nice ta, ta
sause
You should have a go with your TW with the new tires on;)
Pulls that ripper pretty good george we used a john deere 714 chisel plow on a 8650 john deere articulated tractor full duals all around and full weights and back tire weights any way in clay soil so hard it had tractor starting to wheel hop not bad but shook you in seat so i feel you
That grounds looks hard as hell. Would it break up the clumps better with a bigger press on the back ?
Great video keep up the good work

onelonleyfarmer thankfully I've not had a fly away, did you manage to recover the drone?
i dont mean to be so offtopic but does anybody know a way to get back into an Instagram account??

@Jaxx Mason instablaster ;)
@Dorian Shepard Thanks for your reply. I found the site on google and Im trying it out now.

@Dorian Shepard It worked and I finally got access to my account again. I'm so happy:D
Thank you so much you saved my account !
Another great interesting video again
Love the video George and the JCB TO .

John Deere is 4th
what horse power I have pulled a 6 bottom ripper with 140 h. tractor 2wheel drive with dools
Great footage, like always!
Great video George
You should make a video one day about how you connect all the different attachments to your tractor
Cracking vid George thanks for sharing..
Confused.. why do you call it cultivating??Every Country I've been too..a lot of them..that is sub soiling, to break the hard pack so water soaks in better and deeper.
Awesome video George
Great filming George....you're getting a bit handy at this 😁 Talk about dragging concrete eh! That Fastrac isn't a tractor.....it's a bloody spaceship lol.
nice work.. but thought modern tractors have Vario grip which thought does tyre pressure automatically in cab
gamernetwork 4K only fendt have vario grip
Do you not put water in the tyres these days?
Love the JCB
Beast of a tractor
What make and model is the drone?
Would like to drive something like that the fastest I drive is 55k on my Massys and the tm 190 and the ts115 does it feel faster or not
Great video. how many hours are on the fasttrac?
Quality mt love the detailed close up stuff with drone -any chance could do vid on how u got into farming maybe something for 3 wise monkeys 👍
What’s the drone you have got George?
What happened to the Trimble setup?
Hello . I have a question . How much do you have a farm for !!
doesnt the fast track have pressure senscors for the tyres,.
First you have to dial it afterwards to loosen it.
Very nice video
Nice camera work on the drone. 👍🏻 that jcb is a beast
I don't know if you said or not, but how deep were you going?
Nice clarity! What drone is that?
Beautiful mon, that JCB is a fair beast! Just a question, where are you roughly mon? There has been a large Fastrac going through my village for the last couple weeks
Can you run 10 mile per hour in that soil ?
What drone do u have?
The TW not the V form this time. Did JCB just seem to do well on it though
40 liters that is some pretty damn hard soil.
Great video
My fendt 820 play it this soil original is 200ps now is it 250ps easly
Better tractor for cultivating than most, equal wheels always grip better, check out my u tube against a John deere, john deere vs fastrac 4220
is that as deep as you subsoil or not
can it run an air seeder tho ???
Your camera footage seems to have increased in quality. Have you got s new camera?
How is that drone controlled? Is it setup to follow a route or something?
It is most likely a dji because they lock on to things when asked to
Ultra goat 123 it’s not a dji drone
Then you are most likely right that or is set up to follow a route my bad or George is somehow George is controlling the drone
Old Blue put 2 work.
Cool videos
JCB 👍

🐃🐃🐃🐂🐂🐂🐂🐂🐂🐂🐂
Hi nice video
Good video keep it up
New holland is best
Are you a fastrac man by any chance
Браво!
U nearly left the drone remote the the mud guard
I don't think that cultivator is much of a challenge should go for something thats a bit bigger say 13m that'd be a test for it
Not a fan of hydraulic top links then?
Why he only cultivate the tramline?
Sorry for my ignorance, i'm a noob 😁😁
FarmerTom08 thank you, i'm not a farmer, i'm just an italian guy interested in farming things... thanks
Why tho when they will drive in same place year after year and crops don’t grow in them anyway . Is it not a waste of time and fuel sub soiling tram lines . Might as well do either side of them ?
Also not a farmer but just thought I would ask about the tram lines
Shame you're not ploughing like jwb
he will be ploughing this is to help break up ground where it is most compacted and allow water to drain
Its 1000 hp of course he can cultivate
Put the Ford on the cultivator

Sweet seeing her grab.
