Great review, this indeed is a awesome, high quality figure, very happy with mine :). All the 1/4 scale Iron Man figures IMO are awesome. TBH, I'm not the biggest fan of the Mark 45 design, I think it's mainly to do with the helmet design & to a lesser extent the torso/ shoulders being a little too organic looking. However at certain angles (especially the side) this figure looks fantastic. Also in the movie the Mk45 looked too CGI for me in many scenes IMO. However strangely many would say it's looks very similar to the Mark 46. To my eye they are different in many ways & also the Mark 46 is one of my top armours :) BTW this 1/4 Mark 45 version did improve on their 1/6 scale version by adding movable plastics in the shoulder joints to cover up the gaps. I have to strategically pose the 1/6 version as those bloody gaps in the shoulders totally destroyed the aesthetics of the figure, making it look like a cheap action figure IMO.
Indeed it’s very organic, I think that’s what I love about it. Although I know a lot of people hate it for that. Sorry I missed the gap cover pieces I did mention it in the mk42 review which should go up later this week 😊

I sold mine. I find the faceplate too glossy. It's hard to capture the likeness in camera and I think that its so skinny that a person can't fit in the armor. Good review though.
