Andrey is a beast! I’ve never heard of anyone besides him doing one arm pull ups at over 100 kg of bodyweight. He’s not as big as the current armwrestling superheavyweights, but he’s a leviathan for the discipline he practises (calisthenics/streetlifting). Andrey’s way of training particularly strengthens the connective tissues making up his joints (tendons and ligaments), which are as important as muscle mass for armwrestling. For this reason, I think that Andrey could do even better than Larry Wheels, Leonidas Arkona, Kirill Sarychev, Brian Shaw and other monstrous gym guys who recently got interested in armwrestling. Of course, Andrey would need to focus on specific areas (cupping, rising, pronation…) and on technique as everybody else, but he’d progress more rapidly and he’d have much more endurance than his “web rivals” at the table.

Andrey doesn’t have the money Larry has with traveling and meeting and bringing in all these top guys to his gym though but he is living in Russia where all the top guys are at. He just needs to move near a top armwrestling gym and go hard training with these guys for a good year and learn the best he can. but of course if he really wants to be in the sport of armwrestling
