I swear I adore a lot of Indians especially their willingness to share knowledge (indian tutorial youtubers are literally gods to engineers). But these scammers are really a big issue that is putting dirt on India’s name. In my opinion, citizens of India especially on the internet need to make these scandals viral LOCALLY so that the government would bat an eye and do more about it.
@@kbramlett6877 Appreciate the respect, but I think if it’s viral locally it would be possible for the police to not back them up. An example, a year ago a powerful police general in Indonesia ‘Ferdy Sambo’ (who even owns an illegal gambling empire) shot and killed his own bodyguard. Initially, most of the police tried to cover that up, but thanks to ‘buzzers’ (a group or individual who brings attention to something online) made it viral on Twitter and Facebook, it made the whole Indonesian citizen won’t stop talking about it. It finally led to the police began cooperating and death penalty to Ferdy. It may sound stupid on this scamming case, but in the end I’m just hoping that something will be done to wipe this scam ✌️

@@mhorokyno you just read it wrong they meant that the victims are in the us and the person who made the comment aren’t so scam calls are less common but the ones who deserved to be hacked are the scam callers

I think you misunderstand what interpol is. They aren't a law enforcement agency, nor do they have any agents with arresting powers. It is simply an organization that facilitates police cooperation and provides support. Any complaints about scam operations in India are the responsibility of the useless local police. I don't know what the best solution is, probably for bigger countries to lobby India to take stronger action against scammers. People like Jim Browning can hand the Indian Cyber Police all the evidence, but actual convictions are pretty rare.
Not so simple, they can try reporting everything to the police, probably do every time. Yet only in a minority of situations will the police do anything. I think it’s great that there’re many scambaiters who work for the public, I know the peoples call centre will be up and running soon. Brilliant work to all scambaiters. 👍👏
😉
I can’t believe how rude these scammers are! They don’t just steal money but they are also rude and abusive!
Just think of how much money he stopped those scammers from taking by shutting them down, even for a day.
True legend!
Stay away from Any Desk too .
but why are all scammers always indian this is what I wonder
It's awful that they made people go to so many stores and cause animosity between couples. "Family business", disgusting. Good work scaring them out of their wits. 👏🏻
My biggest pet peeve isn’t even the hacking aspect; my issue is the confidence and aggressiveness they use, hearing the threats and sexual stuff really just makes me want to find out who they are and out them live. If anyone ever needs help and has the ability to train i would love to help catch these “guys” i have some experience with firewall and encryption but would need a bit of help starting if interested. I love your work in catching these and if theres ever anything i can do let me know.💯
And sent them to US handcuffed

Hi Stephanie
🕵
Thank you for dealing with these evil people. It's wonderful.
those few seconds of Vladimir (#1 russian hacker) protecting his mother coming back were absolutely beautiful
Man, this was so sad that I actually couldn't bear hearing some of the calls. But boy was that ending so sweet.
I am ashamed of scammers operating from India! Most of us are sorry about it. Thank you, Scambaiter, for helping us minimise this curse on our country.
You should be definitely ashamed. They’re running under nose of authorities.Government is either corrupt or inefficient.I was scammed 2 years ago during worst phase of my life.I know how painful it’s.
They should burn in hell and anything they luv! Disgusting , I just hear the accent I hang up. When I can my own phone service I have to go thru like six people..lol
Why should he be ashamed of it? They're a huge problem to indians too, it's like blaming Americans now for murdering natives
No use, as long as the government officials of India and the Police are totally corrupt, India will remain Scammindia.

Ye, the one kind of conflict escalating that I don't mind to. Like, years ago 'waste the scam callers time with fake displays of incompetence' was the status quo. Now it's hacking and locking up their computers. I'm looking forward to someone finding a zeroday to shortcircuit motherboards to unload onto them next, or something.
I'm so glad more and more people like you are fighting for justice on this matter. These scammers really have no souls, they're just empty bitter husks
Everyday hero here! Nice job. I hope these scammers get permanently stopped and go to jail for a long time. How can a guy sit there and tell someone they scam people, but in an ethical way? These people are beyond saving.
I really appreaciate your work against scammers.
You save so many people from getting scammed.
God bless you man!
You can always count on Vladimir, number one Russian hacker!
It's nice to know that these scammers already knows Jim by name.. at least they are aware that there is someone out there who will put a stop to their scamming.
THANK YOU for cracking down on these Scammers. YOU saved a lot of People from these DEVILS.
It’s crazy what a script with selected chosen words can do to the human mind.
I am to totally stoked that you're on our side to protect us from being poor and being taking advantage of.
Thank you so very much, Vlad!
Thank you for your work. I wish and hope my country's government would look at this. I am embarrassed 😢.
@@definitionsupervillain4583 I respect your voice in this matter, but you are forgetting. These scammers have the local police in their back pockets.
Every Indian knows this goes on you just all turn a blind eye.
@@definitionsupervillain4583 we don't care if they scam white skinners cause you all looted us before now its time to payback!
I'm glad that you are saving people who are vulnerable! To think that some of them are so cruel towards these victims!
The speed is killing me. I don't know if that was real-time or not but the "you are challenging me, yes?" and "yes, I'm challenging you" quickly being followed by the entire scam call centre being disabled is hysterical. That was so quick
15:04 I can't believe my own people are doing this disgusting work. They are speaking Nagamese. (Nagaland, North-East India) thank you Scambaiter.

"Are you Jim Browning?" the scammer asks. Great fear in that name. You guys are saving a lot of people from losing a lot of money..
Thank you for what you do. As a person with parents in their 80's I worry about something like this happening to them.
I'm nowhere near the US, so scam calls are fortunately less common, but if there's anyone who deserves being hacked, it's them. They're our targets and I care no less about their families and their well-being if scams and stealing is their way of survival. You're doing a great job sending a message to them. :)
THEY TARGET OLDER PEOPLE
So... based on the wording of your comment, you're saying that innocent people in the U.S. deserve to be hacked?
Or are you assuming that the scam call centers are in the US? Because they're in India and Pakistan, not the US.
@@mhorokyno you just read it wrong they meant that the victims are in the us and the person who made the comment aren’t so scam calls are less common but the ones who deserved to be hacked are the scam callers
@@mhoroky Not sure how you came away with that.. They said that because they themselves don't live in the US, they haven't experienced the affects of said scammers. And also that, seeing as the scammers are perfectly willing to blindly steal money from people who need it, they don't care about the well being of the scammers or their families.
Perhaps his country didn't outsource the banks data processing to India?

Report them to Interpol in India,,,they are obligated to take action therefore it is international crime,,,dont report them to any local police..
I fear there are "business people" high up in the Indian government who are a part of running and protecting these scam operations. To the point if you are known to fight against them, you may find you cannot get a visa to India mysteriously...
Unfortunately nobody does shit in India mate...
Bribery is big business in India.
