Loved this! I think a fun question to ask some of these guys would be favorite local food spots (if they feel like disclosing 😂). Reminds everyone how human we all are, and I would love to check out some local favorites that I may not be aware of! Go Sharks! 🦈 🦈
From a longtime Sharks fan, please don't trade Mario! He strikes me as someone who lifts the spirits in the locker room. He's been on the team the longest among the healthy players and is still young. He played with Thornton, Marleau and Burns and can pass on some of the things that made them great. And responsible defensemen like him is what they need the most to climb up the standing in the coming seasons.
Mario Ferraro has been one of the more steady Sharks in last 6 years even when they have been bottoming out as a team and rebuilding. He has the right competitive attitude for the Sharks to build on and keep the team balanced in its work ethic. Sharks still need to improve their game in exiting their defensive end quickly and slickly, and this is one of the hardest jobs in NHL fast played hockey. You tire the other team out because they are backchecking more than attacking. The most obvious thing I observe in recent Sharks game is that they have very poor puck control and make more bad passes or lose puck too easily. Warsofsky should make them practice "keep away" and puck control until they perfect their abilities and chemistry in cooperating. European players are supposed to be better puck controllers but it is also something that you can practice more to improve. Ferraro should not be traded this deadline because he is still improving and gaining more responsibility. Always trade dysfunctional players who cannot find a role on the team, and never trade a functioning veteran who has stabilized the team re-build with his consistency.
Mario is the man. No one plays harder. Every single shift. Mario is good people on and off.
Can’t wait to see him and Schaffer together next season
I love Mario, hope he sticks with the team longer term
bro has a heart of gold
hey, wherever it all takes him, the bay'll always have a door open for this guy! what a gem, so glad he's a shark!
What a nice guy
Never saw Mario as an offensive threat, but that goal vs the Preds! Bro you pick corners like that regularly we are back in the post season
So glad Brodie is back
Edit: Lets have Brodie call the ESPN+ games
Thank you!
Brodie is great but Randy and Drew are the best in the business.
@TwonVonJon agreed. But they won't be the call for ESPN. So if Randy and Drew aren't doing the call forESPN, I want Brodie.
what a character, hope he stays for a long time, those kind of guys help glue the team
